is a great Tour Director. Smart, funny, attractive & responsible it would be wonderful to be with her again. is an amazing bus driver & master navigator. Overall the trip was great. Nice exposure to London it would be even better with longer in the National Art Gallery (3-4 hours), longer @ Buckingham Palace and @ SoHo as well. Breakfast was great & another meal or two with the group would have been fun along with another show option. Thanks again for a great time.

My tour director was excellent. She was very knowledgeable about the area and the history. She made the trip enjoyable. I will definitely go on another trip with Trafalgar. As a nondrinker I didn't mind one tasting but then there was a second tasting and for me it was a waste of my time. At least the wine tasting came with a meal but the Gin tasting took up time I would have rather spent checking out the town.

I loved the London experience and the tours were great however, the hotel selection should have been a little better considering what we paid. It was a fairly decent location but beds and cleanliness of the hotel wasn't up to my expectation. The tour director was very informative and helpful when necessary. If traveling again to Europe or that vicinity would definitely prefer a better updated hotel in a good area that is safe and accommodating for tourists walking around the areas. The hotel did not provide enough towels, face cloths or hand towels for the guests.

Great travel experience.. we hit all the right places. Loved the free time as well.

Saw lots of sights

I learned a lot about London. I saw and did things that I normally wouldn’t have done if I was not part of a guided tour

Itinerary was great - just the right amount of activities and individual time. Tour guide, was outstanding. She was very pleasant and had a great command of the history of sites visited, as well as local knowledge about the areas surrounding.

This was our fourth Trafalgar tour. This Trafalgar tour was good but fell short of expectations. The tour missed many of the sites we ended up visiting ourselves. Why take a tour if we have to do the planning ourselves? Also, there was simply not enough time at the sites. You had to choose between eating lunch or spending time to visit the attraction. Many days were poorly planned. For example, there was an Included event during the middle of the day. We elected to skip it and do other things. On the day we went to Greenwich, we arrived there at 3:15 or so and had only 1.5 hours to see the sites. We got to the Prime Meridian and that was it. There was no time to visit the museums or go souvenir shopping. There should have been an option to start the day earlier for those who wanted more time there. The hotel location was great – next to the Tower Bridge and Tower of London. The morning breakfast was excellent; the restaurant was convenient and served good food. Plus, the scenery was fantastic. However, the rooms were average for the price. We had to put the beds together, the furniture was in need of replacement. The Optional experiences were excellent. We took advantage of 4 out of 6. The theater district show of Tina was most memorable. Stonehenge was awesome. Most impressively, the tour guide went of her way to take us to experience extra things like Churchill’s grave and the Abbey Road crossing. Some on the tour were disappointed that the Shakespeare hometown visit was replaced with another event. was an excellent Director. She is knowledgeable, very professional, and a very nice person. The driver was excellent. He was punctual, able to navigate the narrow streets and kept the coach clean. was also very friendly and professional – most times wearing a dress shirt and tie. The local guides were great. They were factual and entertaining as well. The Trafalgar guide handling the transport to the airport ws very unprofessional. She basically reprimanded us for following directions and being on time.

This was a great tour! The tour guide and bus driver were very knowledgeable and helpful. We really enjoyed the variety of activities and local experts. We like that we had free time, too, to explore the city on our own and the Oyster card (as well as the explanation of how to use it) made it convenient and less scary. We travelled with a 13 year old, who was not able to participate in all the activities, like the gin tasting or the winery dinner, and she was unhappy to not be included. I think if you are traveling with a younger member, you might want to opt out of some of those activities. They were very accommodating, though, in providing kids meals since she was not all that keen on some of the dishes we ate.

Tour shared the famous London sites seen on TV or read about in books. Wish there was more time at some of them.

It was great to spend the whole week in one hotel and the hotel was very high quality. It had the most extensive breakfast buffet I have ever seen and the location was convenient and scenic.

Every aspect of our tour was perfect. Our Itinerary was excellent; we had a busy schedule but also had our own free time to do things not on the agenda. Our Tour Director *personal info removed by Feefo* was outstanding. She had a deep passion and knowledge of London. She kept us informed each day of any changes or additions. She was always available to chat or answer any questions. Our bus driver *personal info removed by Feefo* was also outstanding. He expertly and safely drove the bus getting us to each destination. All of the tour guides were excellent as well. They seemed to have first-hand knowledge of the areas and subject matter. The food and accommodations at the Tower Hotel were very good. The staff was polite and courteous. Security at the site was also very good. We felt safe and secure the entire time. The arranged airport transfers were very smooth and efficient. This is our second Trafalgar tour, and we were not disappointed at all. Their quality and efficiency are second to none. We will be back for sure for another exciting tour.
