16 days on a bus is something one has to realise that even if you have mentally and physically prepared for such a journey there will be others that move at a faster pace and then there are those that move at a slower pace patience is required.
We seen some wonderful place, experience many wonders, shppoed, sight seen.. to many wonderful things to list.
To any tour guide out there please ensure you add in videos or even music along the way, it keeps us all entertained and at times allows us join in more as a group..
We also found if you have a monotone voice when speaking it is hard to hold ones audience. We had some very sleepy people on our bus.
Also note not everyone ones to party at night, its a long day travelling at the end of the day, dinner and wind down time could be appreciated by many. All in all it was a one off experience for my husband and I.
I do have one negative to add to our experience - we selected to stay for a few nights after the trip at the appointed hotel by Trafalgar but was shocked to find that our room wasn't serviced as apparently someone from Trafalgar had told them not to and gift the clean cost to charity, this didn't sit well with many of us, as we didnt know and only found out at end of our stay why our rooms were over looked. It is not nice to hunt staff for toilet paper, coffee , milk and clean towels, my husband and I saved hard for this trip, went with the extra cost to experience staying in a nicer hotel than we would of only to be left to our devices to get things from staff when supplies run out and towels bed extra were the same as we had on arrival .
Would we do it again no, would we suggest to others to experience a Trafalgar tour , yes

Need to give each person a name tag to be worn the first 2/3 days, which each traveller agreed with, but apart from that, every thing I hoped it would be

It was a wonderful itinerary was very knowledgeable and informed us on the way to each experience the history involved
I think a lot of the optional extras available should of been included in the initial costs involved
My main concern was quality of the hotels and no prior warning that showers were over baths which made it very difficult and dangerous trying to access the shower an option to request walk in showers should of been available upon booking

Thoroughly enjoyed, could have done without Isle of Skye and spent more time somewhere else

The Itinerary was amazing. My only disappointment was that we did not see The Cliffs of Mohr in Ireland especially when we were so close at one point.
The Scottish Highlands experience was breathtaking, as was Edinburgh and the Military Tattoo.
Perhaps another day in Devon & Cornwall would have been good.
And from a person with a mobility issue, I would love to have been able to get down into Polperro, so maybe a more accessible village would help. Eg the village we drove through before Polperro.
But all in all I absolutely loved the trip.
Thank you
