The booking porocess was easy, and customer service was responsive. I contacted 4 companies about the tour I was interested in. Two of the companies I contacted didn't answer me at all. One of them was basically a chatbot that said "do it yourself." Only bookmundi had human agents to help.

Ciao Roma! Welcome to the 'Eternal City' once home to gods and goddesses, emperors, senators and slaves. Explore the city's bustling boulevards and labyrinthine lanes before meeting your fellow travellers and Travel Director for dinner.
We got value for our money. We wanted to show our children some countries, but only had about one week to do it! We were happy with bringing able to see 3 countries and many major cities. My children are very well behaved and respectful, but I still worried about what others may think. The tour director, the local guides, and fellow passengers treated them with kindness and made them feel welcome.
