Explore Nepal’s hidden gem on the Langtang Valley Trek, a seven-day adventure offering travelers a less-crowded yet spectacular Himalayan experience. Trek through Nepal’s oldest national park, passing Tibetan-influenced villages and soaking up views of Langtang Lirung, Ganesh Himal, and other snow-capped giants. The route, suitable for anyone with average fitness, invites you to discover diverse cultures, warm hospitality, and stunning landscapes of flora and fauna. This all-inclusive trekking tour’s unique appeal is its accessibility—no prior trekking experience required—making it an unforgettable journey for both novices and seasoned hikers eager to experience the authentic Himalayas.

day 1 - Drive from Kathmandu to Syabrubesi

We will pick you up early from your hotel or residence in the early morning for the scenic drive to Syabrubesi. It is about 122km from Kathmandu valley. On the way, we will enjoy views of the Trishuli river, surrounding landscapes, villages, and hills.

day 2 - Syabrubesi to Lama Hotel

Our trek will start after our breakfast this morning. The hike to Lama Hotel from Syabrubesi takes us somewhere between 5–6 hours, into a beautiful valley that goes uphill through the lush forests of rhododendron, oaks, and pines trees. We will have to face a few steps today to reach Bamboo, which lies at a height of 1850m (6,068ft), our stop point for lunch. After lunch, we have a short hike to Lama Hotel following the few steps through the bamboo forests.

day 3 - Lama Hotel to Langtang Village

On the third day of our trip, we will enter the most beautiful valley of the whole Langtang region, enjoying the walk through rhododendron and pine forests for a few hours to come up onto the open valley where you will be greeted by magnificent views of the mountains including Langtang Lirung, Ganga-La and many more. Passing the several mountain villages will give you an insight into the lifestyle of the locals. Upon arrival, we will have spare time to walk around the village and visit monasteries in the Langtang village.

day 4 - Langtang Village to Kang Jing Gompa

After our breakfast in the Himalayas, we start our hike, an ascent to Kang Jing Gompa from Langtang village. Kyanjing Gompa is the last place to sleep, located at an altitude of 3900m. The hike takes us around 3-4 hours. The stunning panoramic views of Mount Ganchempo and Mount Langtang Lirung and many others can be seen from here, and the local people of this region are very warm, welcoming, and friendly, ever ready to help the tourists with the best services. The hospitality is mind-blowing.

At Kyanjin Gompa, we can visit to explore the Yak Cheese Factory, Kang Jin Monastery, and local villages if we like. Overnight at a local tea house.

day 5 - Kang Jing to Tsrkuri to Lama Hotel

Today, we trek back to Lama Hotel. The trek will take around 6-7 hours. You will enjoy the landscapes, forests, and wildlife along the way.

day 6 - Lama Hotel to Syabrubesi

On our second last day of the trek, we descend along the same trail, walking gradually down, enjoying the sceneries and eating different local meals while leaving this beautiful area of the region. A short lunch break somewhere around Lama hotel or Goratabela before continuously retracing your steps towards Syabrubesi. Upon arrival at Syaprubesi, enjoy a hot shower and a good local meal before an overnight stay at the hotel.

day 7 - Syabrubesi to Kathmandu

On the final day, we will take another exciting ride back to Kathmandu, enjoying the stunning views on our way back. Upon arrival in Kathmandu, you can use your free time to do some shopping or explore the city. In the evening, a farewell dinner will be hosted by the company at a local restaurant.
