The thought of a week in India was a little daunting but Explore had a great itinerary that was superbly organised. Great hotels, knowledgeable local guides, a very safe bus driver and most of all a fantastic leader, Neha, gave me and my daughter an experience that will stay with us forever. The tour was an absolute bargain taking in the main sights of Delhi, Agra and Jaipur together with some less known attractions along the way. Highly recommended, will definitely be going back, hopefully for a bit longer.
The tours was full on but very enjoyable. The Leader was very knowledgeable and passionate about the subjects he talked to us about.
Our guide, Pradeep, was fantastic and really made the trip as he was so knowledgeable. Everything ran seamlessly from start to finish and we really got a feel for the local area as well as tourist bucket list moments!
Fabulous holiday, action packed but with comfort in mind. There were 10 of us travelling in a spacious air conditioned bus and a great leader, Anil who knew everything about Indian history, food, culture, architecture. The views were amazing and every day we were astonished at the workmanship of the buildings in front of us. Thanks to Anil we were kept up to date with everything to do with the history of the buildings. I would fully recommend this trip to anyone wanting to see such iconic buildings and a taste of true India.
Aníl was a fantastic tour leader with great organisational skills meaning everything was seamless. The hotels were all above my Explore expectations and the transport and driver were first class. Anil took us to great restaurants and we ate amazing food. The sites we visited were just as amazing as when l did the same Explore tour 16 years ago. Great group also added to the enjoyment of the trip.
Brilliant trip - well organised from start to finish. Excellent knowledgeable guide (A’Neil), good group of people, fantastic experience
Incredible India, lived up to its name. The tour surpassed anything I was expecting. The group gelled well . We had fun over and above the scheduled tour. I intend to return to see more of India. I would recommend this tour to anyone who is interested in India the country.
The Golden Triangle - wow what a fabulous holiday, highly recommend for anyone who’s even thinking about it. So much culture, architecture, so many beautiful buildings, and amazing food. The people are lovely and our guide Kartike, a wealth of knowledge and a lovely guy, fantastic leadership, making it an unforgettable experience 🥰
Really enjoyed the Itinerary and the planning. The sights visited were amazing and the hotels and accommodation was very good. It was a very good group we were in and the number of people was just right. The whole trip was made even more enjoyable by having a lovely tour leader who was Neha Trivedi Mishra. She had so much knowledge of the places we visited. She was friendly, spoke excellent English, possessed great communication and organisational skills and was a pleasure to be around. She got to know every member of the group and watched out for them and I have to thank her for the time she took to make sure our meals were nut free for my wife who has a nut allergy. She took everything in her stride and had a good rapore with all the other guides we linked up with. I would definitely want her as my tour guide again. The one thing I would mention as a negative about the trip was that we visited a couple of places to see craft works which was ok but afterwards we were subjected to some very high pressure selling from salesman at the venue. It got to be very embarrassing as no one had come on holiday with a view to buying a carpet but the salesmen were unrelentless in their pursuit of a sale. We wasted too much time in these places and I would suggest they are taken out of the Itinerary. Would certain do another Explore trip.
