My room mate in Moxy hotel was not cooperative at all. He was always making noise and creating disturbance. Also, he was not keeping the room and washroom clean. Tour guide, Mr Javier was very professional in his job. He was very helpful and cooperative, above all an excellent person.. He ensured all comforts throughout the tour. Tour guide, Mr Germain is big hearted and an excellent person, very thorough in job, hospitable, always keen to help others, very punctual and communicative. A person to whom one can rely on a crisis. It was quite interesting and enjoyable to have tour guides like Mr Javier and Mr Germain in the group to enrich our experience and fun as passengers.
Overall a great experience, very impressed with our Guide Eric.
Everything was perfect on this trip, our Guide Eric was very knowledgeable and we learned a lot from him.
Great tour
Great trip
I liked that we had time to see/do what we wanted to do yet still received a good overview to places we visited. I didnt like that the optional excursion in Budapest was cancelled as there were already too man tours there.
Total transparency, hotel, itinerary, travel tips, all available on the website.
I really enjoyed the trip. Javair was great. Pointed out places to eat and better places to shop than the normal straight up tourist area. Overall I had a fun trip, and met some lovely fellow travelers.
The group was too big to handle for 1 guide, I think it lead to the confusion at some parts of the trip as different groups were merging and separating. The places we visited were breathtaking, but it would be helpful if the walking distance and the staircase would be noted on the itinerary as some group members were struggling during the trip.
Not the hustle bustle trip
