Europamundo caters to mostly Spanish speaking tourists. The tour bus we were in were filled with folks from Latin America. The tour guides are from Madrid so of course they prefer the Spanish speaking over the English speaking tourists. Most of the time, when the tour guides get to translate into English, we already passed the landmark that they were talking about. I just wish they could have split the group and the bus between English and Spanish speaking. It is not only the language barrier but also the culture differences that they have to consider. Also, the meeting point in Amsterdam is way too far. The tour guide could have arranged the meeting point to be in the city center. Not all tourists are tech savvy and has good orientation to go back to where the bus is parked.

Our Europamundo guides, particularly Anna and Javier, along with the local guides, were exceptional. They were professional, friendly, and supportive, making us feel welcomed and well-cared for despite the large number of guests. As an Asian same-sex couple, we were pleasantly surprised by their inclusive and accepting attitude. We come from a developing country and had saved up all our lives for this journey. We were not disappointed, as Europe and its people surpassed our expectations and proved to be nothing short of magical.

Overall quite satisfied with Europamundos services, guides are friendly and we had a safe and enjoyable trip.Even though sometimes I wish we had more time in the particular area as there is stil so much more to explore. It is safer to go with them especially if you are solo travelling, would definitely consider using them again in the near future.

Through this tour, I managed to make lots of a new friends with people all around the world and had fun exploring different European cities. The bus ride was clean and comfortable with responsible driver.

The guides Williams and Hugo were excellent, i give extra credit to Hugo for his friendliness with everyone. Sometimes the free time we got for lunch was not enough due to crowds in restaurants. overall had a nice time traveling with europamundo.

Javier our tour guide was very helpful through out the trip providing useful guidance and recommendations that helped to make the trip so much better. He was very engaging and always maintained a professional behavior One of the challenges during the trip though was the early schedule on some of the days which didn’t allow for much rest. Some other visits during the trip were quite unnecessary, like the 7am visit to the scenic town on the first day in Germany. The town was basically still asleep and we were woken up super early and drop off at the town center with nothing to do. That time could have been better used resting and starting with other activities later in the day.
