City sight seeing - Panoramic tours arent great, use of local guides should be more in city highlights. walking tours / hop on -off tours should be more. Berlin visit was a failure. wastage of 2 days. If any local events are arranged in the city then accordingly itinerary should be modified so that we dont feel cheated.

Europamundo caters to mostly Spanish speaking tourists. The tour bus we were in were filled with folks from Latin America. The tour guides are from Madrid so of course they prefer the Spanish speaking over the English speaking tourists. Most of the time, when the tour guides get to translate into English, we already passed the landmark that they were talking about. I just wish they could have split the group and the bus between English and Spanish speaking. It is not only the language barrier but also the culture differences that they have to consider. Also, the meeting point in Amsterdam is way too far. The tour guide could have arranged the meeting point to be in the city center. Not all tourists are tech savvy and has good orientation to go back to where the bus is parked.

One unpleasant experience. Our Mumbai-Paris flight reached Paris around 7:45 pm. I got WhatsApp message from your cab driver Adel B. at 8:41 am that he is waiting for us outside airport. It took us 30-40 minutes to reach immigration queue where 500 passengers were in the queue. I was constantly informing Adel about long queue and slow immigration. Finally we got immigration clearance, collected luggage and came out at 10:00. But he already left without us. I called him several times and sent several messages. But he did not respond. Finally we paid 68 Euros to a cab to reach hotel. We had already paid this expenses in our booking. But we paid double as the cab driver did not wait for us. Its a common experience at Paris airport to need at least 90-120 minutes to teach immigration vqueue, immigration clearance and collect luggage. You should send your driver considering this delay and ask him to wait till we come out of airport. We want you to return our 68 Euros.

I found the itinerary perfect, gave us enough of a taste of each area-and allowed time to also explore on our own, We did hit a snafu, with participants on the tour not returning back to bus in the allotted time, which caused us to have less time in other areas. Participants blamed the tour guide, but neither were at fault. Matheus sp? was excellent and kept us up to date on all changes. Javier the second leg for us was also excellent, unfortunately participants blamed him for lack of time in some areas- but once again, we had to return to collect participants that missed the bus, and also made an extra stop for an ill passenger. upon which, half the bus decided to optimize on this extra stop.. WE were completely satisfied with the tour and guides/ and will be looking forward to booking with Europamundo again.

Thank you Expat Explore for all your efforts, time and the length you have gone to make this trip a memorable one. Everything, from the meals, included and optional excursions and the hotels was just spot on. But the greatest asset was Porfiro (Firo), the tour guide. He made everyone included, whether be children, the shy or the elderly, overcame every challenge that came our way, possessed a brilliant sense of humour, full of energy, motivated us all when we needed it and always had positive outtake on everything. We couldn't ask for someone more perfect  than him. Went beyond our expectations to bring a smile on our face. What was even wonderful was the bond between Alex, the driver, and Firo. Alex always made sure the coach was clean and spotless. But the impeccable driving skills always stunned us all and everyone always felt safe and comfortable. Went the extra mile for our comfort. Had an absolute blast. Firo was alot of fun very organised and flexible. Getting us safely to our destinations on time and moving heaven and earth to find a solution when something didn't go as planned. Alex was an amazing driver. Getting us across Europe hassle free. His fun loving personality made him an enjoyable companion. Got us country to country hassle free, saw lots of amazing sites, ate some great food and had a cozy hotel room to rest in at the end of each night. Firo even took it upon himself to organise for tge wait staff in Zagreb to bring me out a birthday cake during dinner. Thanks Firo and Alex for making my trio across Europe so special.
