Reviews of our Austria Tours for July
Feedback from guests who toured Austria during July.
They did a wonderful job of organizing and supporting our bicycle adventure from Vienna to Budapest. The hotels were wonderful and the breakfast's amazing. Having not only GPS directions, but accompanying written directions and maps made our tour a breeze. Communication before and during the trip was excellent.
First time on Trafalga tour. It is not an easy tour. They want you to experience everything and see as much as possible. Our guide was top notch. We were not prepared for this type of tour. I’m not saying it was bad because it wasn’t but be prepared for long days of touring. My husband and I are 75 and in oretty good shape. We absolutely loved the tour and would do it again. Just make sure you are prepared for long days 2-4 miles of walking everyday up and down a lot of stairs steps making great friends and a wonderful time. I can’t forget to mention our driver Anton. He was an absolute professional. Thank you Andy and Anton.
We were surrounded by historic buildings the entire trip and it was amazing. We ate in a restaurant that opened in “803”, Beethoven ate there in 1790!! Our Tour Manager Patryk Priess was amazing!
Excellent! Our director made fact sheets for every place we visited. They contained the history of the city, food/drink to try and places to visit. He also sent out a very detailed information sheet about what it’s like when you travel abroad for the first time. It was very helpful since my son had never been out of the United States before to prepare him for the trip and what things would be like.
The itinerary was a great mix of different locations that each had their own history and culture some of which we were familiar with and some that we learned so much about. The landscape and architecture were outstanding. Each one of us had our favorite locations.
Very beautiful locations, we visited interesting places, and we enjoyed the local folklore. We attended lovely concerts: Chopin, Strauss, Mozart. The guide, and the driver, were great, very friendly and helpful. We had a nice group, and we were happy to spend 2 nights in each location. Accommodation was very good, and the food was very tasty.
