My favorite memorable moment was the horse drawn carriage ride in Seefeld. The weather and snow made it magical. Our tour guide was excellent. He was very informative so you knew exactly what our daily events and times were. The transfers to the airport were very welcomed. Our hotel was a good location. I enjoyed this trip very much.

The horse-drawn sleigh ride was awesome! I also loved riding the funicular up the mountain and having lunch at the mid-way restaurant on the way back down. Our tour guide was fun and informative! The Christmas Markets had so many different vendors, there was something for everyone.

Was a great trip. Spent most of the days in Innsbruck with day trips to nearby cities and Christmas markets. The final day hit Munich briefly. The most memorable locations had to be Oberammergau and Salzburg. The wood carvings of Oberammergau & Kathy wolfhaus stores were a big hit. Our exceptional tour guide (Daniel) adjusted the schedule to ensure we hit Oberammergau when the stores were open (as opposed to Sunday when most would be closed). Salzburg had so much to offer we could have easily spent another 10 hours and still barely touched its high points. A great trip for shopper, gluhwien aficionados, or just the picture perfect views.

Innsbruck at Christmastime was magical. I will never forget sipping on hot wine under the twinkling lights of the market breathing in the crisp, clean air of the Alps and listening to a choir singing Christmas carols. The day tours from Innsbruck were well planned and quite interesting. Our tour manager was a walking encyclopedia of the sights, customs and history of the areas we visited. More importantly, his genuine enthusiasm and friendliness was contagious. The location of our hotel could not have been better, just around the corner from the Christmas markets. We had a good balance of group time and time on our own. The tour manager was always available to help us plan and navigate our individual time. Definitely recommend this tour.

The tour went smoothly, our guide was great fulfilling requests and giving information plus adding little extras. Highlight was the organ recital in the church - five organs were amazing to listen to. Second in line was the ride up to the top of the peaks in Innsbruck. Great weather and fantastic view. This was an extra with a small bit of guiding to get us started up the hill.

Positives: Our guide Dioni was amazing She was very friendly and provided us great information, she even went out of her way to take us to the famous perfume store in Cologne. She made the trip such a positive experience. I really enjoyed the cruises organised for us and was happy that we were given a local guide in each city. I enjoyed the tours around the cities, and also loved attending the concert in Vienna optional activity, and the cheese factory in Amsterdam. Overall I really enjoyed the trip and felt it was a great way to travel around Europe and see the major sites in the cities we visited. The bus was very comfortable. Negatives: Our other guide Monsie was quite cold and disengaged. I believe she told a fellow passenger to go away when they asked her a question. Monsie also left a passenger behind on a day trip as he was not at the bus on time. She did not tell us there was wifi on the bus. However, she did provide good information. I was disappointed that not all the optional activities listed on the website were available. I also felt that the quality of the hotels differed a lot. Some were really nice and others were small airport hotels far away from the main city. I wish we could have had longer in each city, it was quite rushed.
