Our airport representative will receive you outside the airport terminal at Tribhuvan International Airport in Kathmandu and transfer you to your hotel in a private tourist vehicle.
Please note that if your arrival is scheduled after 4:00 pm, your guide will brief you about the trip on the way to your hotel. But, if you are arriving earlier than that, your pre-tour meeting will be held on that day in our office. Please make sure that you carry your passport, three copies of passport-sized photographs and a copy of your travel insurance policy.
