My partner and I thoroughly enjoyed our time on this tour! The scenery throughout was incredible, and it was a great contrast to time spent in India’s North visiting the Golden Triangle. Walking in Periyar Wildlife Sanctuary, a tour of a spice farm, and time on the houseboat in the backwaters were particular highlights. Pacing of the trip was good, with multiple nights in some of the towns, in between longer drives. Our driver, Noufel, had a good grasp of English, and was very helpful. The tour company and their staff were also very communicative via WhatsApp, and checked in throughout to ensure everything was going well. Our hotels were comfortable and served good food. Most had AC (though it wasn’t really needed in Munnar due to the altitude). Visiting in Summer, there wasn’t so much wildlife, but the scenery everywhere was still amazing!
Local travel specialists helped us plan and execute a recent trip to Kerala. We were 2 adults and 3 kids so we needed help to plan our trip and ensure we saw as much as possible, whilst staying in suitable accommodation. The team were also available during our staying and remained in contact in case we needed anything. They provided an excellent driver too. Had I researched a little harder, I would probably have requested some changes to hotels to be a little more central and to allow us to immerse in local life a little more, but in the main we were happy with our trip.
We thoroughly enjoyed our recent Kerala trip organised by local tour experts. It was a well organised hassle free trip. We had a lovely welcome on the airport by the driver who stayed with us thorough out the trip. We had regular calls from the company rap to have feedbacks about our trip. We didnt experience any problem. I definitely recommend Kerala trip.
From the moment I contacted this operator I knew I was in good hands. Yogranda was so helpful (I believe we had over 40 emails in all). He was so helpful and wanted to make sure that my husband and I got the holiday we wanted. We had a fantastic holiday from the moment we arrived in Cochin. Our driver Shoukath was excellent. All of our hotels were great especially our hotel in Thekkady the Poetree Sarovar Portico and we thoroughly enjoyed the Tea Plantation visit in Munnar. Plus the Periyar Tiger Reserve - what a special day. We finished our tour with 3 relaxing days at the Flamingo Boutique Villa, such a special boutique hotel. We found the services excellent throughout our tour and stay excellent. I would highly recommend this company to help you design your tour of India every time.
Dear Ritu, When we left India at Delhi we were transported to the airport by driver arranged by your company. At that time we gave him a evaluation form for our time in India that we had filled out. So you should have our responses Generally speaking we had a fantastic time. The transfers were timely, we loved our driver/guide (Jo Jo). He was very helpful and found interesting little things to see and do along the way. Great guy. We thought the hotels were superb and location perfect Loved the houseboat experience. Perhaps forewarn travelers that there may be extra activities or costs while on the boat The train experience was very good. We had some long stretches between meals on some days. Prepare travelers to carry snacks... Thanks for preparing a great itinerary and suggesting that we go to Kerala as well as experiencing the train. Sharon Mander and friends
