day 1 - Flight to Lukla (2,804) | Short Trek to Phakding (2610)
Early in the morning, we'll take a flight for 35-40 minutes to Lukla, where you'll catch your first glimpse of the mountains. At the airport, porters will be introduced. After breakfast, we will go along the Dudh Kosi Valley toward Phakding, crossing a few suspension bridges built in the region. Along the trip, you will see stacks of Mani stones, colorful prayer flags, a mountain range, and a lush valley. You will have the remainder of the day to visit the village of Phakding after this two- to three-hour trek.

day 2 - Trek to Namche Bazzar (3,440m)
Today we explore the Dudh Koshi in the forest, crossing tributaries along the way, passing through the communities of Benkar (2710m), Chumoa (2820m), Monjo (2840m), and Jorsale (2830m). The Sagarmatha National Park's main entrance and checkpoint for permits is located here. Following the river to its junction with the Bhote Koshi River, we steadily proceed to pass the tall Tenzing-Hillary Bridge and then rise steeply through the jungle to Namche Bazaar, the region's commercial and government center.

day 3 - Acclimatization Day in Namche Bazzar (3,440m)
The objective of today is to acclimate. Experts advise taking at least 24 hours. For optimal acclimatization, we advise you to be active, climb high, and sleep lightly.
Namche Bazaar offers a variety of activities, and we stay here for a day to help the body adjust to the high altitude. The main core of the Khumbu region is Namche Bazaar, which has government buildings, ATMs, Internet cafés, stores, restaurants, and vibrant marketplaces. You can use our guides to discover this unique town's true beauty.
For a breathtaking view of Mount Everest, Lhotse, Nuptse, Ama Dablam, Thamserku, Kongde, and other peaks, hike to Sangarmatha National Park. If you're brave, you could go on a day climb to the lovely Sherpa settlement of Khumjung.

day 4 - Trek to Tengboche (3,790m)
After breakfast, we take the walk that ascends and then around the mountainside while providing breathtaking views. Watch out for spotted deer, Himalayan thars, and other birds, such as the vibrant danphe pheasant, which is Nepal's national bird.
The trail separates at Sanasa, leading to Gokyo and Everest Base Camp. Take the right trail and descend to the lowest point north of Namche Bazaar, Phunki Thenga (3,250m/10,663ft), where you can bridge the Dudh Khosi (past water-driven prayer wheels). After that, take the Imja Khola Valley trek for two hours as you ascend through a forest of rhododendrons and dwarf conifers to the hilltop settlement of Tengboche.
Explore the largest Gompa in the area here, which is framed by the peaks of Ama Dablam, Nuptse, Everest, and others. You can take in the vibrant Mani Rimdu festival with masked dance in Tibetan opera during the full moon in October or November.

day 5 - Trek to Pheriche (4,280m)
Easy climb to Pangboche over a bridge over Imja Khola and a rhododendron grove. The last 3–4 hours of the walk will be spent getting to Pheriche. In Pheriche, the Himalayan Rescue Association manages a basic hospital. Only the peak seasons see it open.

day 6 - Trek to Nagarjun (5000m) and back to Pheriche
We'll reach the 5000-meter Nagarjun summit after an 800-meter ascent. The mountains, including Mount Makalu, the fifth-highest mountain in the world, will be visible to you in some nice views. Usually, this hike aids with acclimatization. This three to four-hour hike offers the opportunity to observe a snow leopard. When you get there, you will take in the scenery from the top before heading down to Pheriche.

day 7 - Trek to Lobuche (4,950m)
We will enjoy the gentle ascent to Lobuche as we approach the snow-covered mountains. We will arrive in Thukla after a 45 to 60-minute hike. After stopping for a meal there, we'll go up to a level region with various memorials honoring climbers who lost their lives on Everest. Then, we'll leave the valley and make our way down to the yak pastures at Lobuche.

day 8 - Trek to Gorakshep (5160m) and Hike to EBC (5,545m)
We start our six to seven-hour trek through the huge Gorak-Shep to the base camp of Mount Everest. We pass memorials for the Indian Army Mountaineers along the way. It's crucial to follow your guide at this stage because the road can be complicated. At this height, the thin air can be taxing. Before arriving at Mount Everest Base Camp, we go over stony dunes, moraines, and streams. The world's highest peaks may be seen from Everest Base Camp, standing out starkly against the dreary surroundings, especially in the spring. Khumbutse, Nuptse, and Pumori are in front of us.

day 9 - Climb Kalapathar (5400m) and trek back to Dingboche
Early in the morning, we start our trek to Kalapathar (5400m). When you're this far up, freezing winds are normal. As Everest approaches from the east, imposing peaks like Khumbutse, Lingtren, and Changtse loom before us. We don't get a 360-degree up-close and bird's eye view of Mount Everest until we reach Kala Patthar (5550m). After taking in the expansive views and frantically snapping photos, we will head back to Lobuche for a restful night.

day 10 - Trek to Chukkung (4,760m)
The two-hour, quite easy walk from Dingboche to Chukkung will take place. A stunning valley called Chukkung can be found between mountains like Lhotse, Nuptse, Ama Dablam, Imja Tse, and others. We proceed across the glacier moraines of the Imja and Lhotse mountains before emerging in a broad valley to the southwest of Island Peak.

day 11 - Trek to Island Peak Base Camp (5,100m)
We will hike south, turn east, and enter the main valley after breakfast. Before arriving at the valley where we will set up camp in tents, we will hike alongside the stream and pass the glacier moraines of Imja and Lhotse. You can see the Imja Tse's southwest face from the camp (Island Peak). Your climbing guide will instruct you on peak climbing methods and how to use climbing equipment including an ice axe, crampons, harness, ascender, and more. He also shows you the ideal technique for climbing and descending using ropes.

day 12 - Climb Island Peak and Return back to Chhukung
Between 1:00 and 2:00 a.m., we'll start walking toward the top. We'll travel to the High Camp in around two hours, after which we'll ascend the rock gully. To reach the peak, we will hike up a steep snow slope and follow a ridgeline to the glacier. You will get a wonderful view of the mountains from there.

day 13 - Trek back to Tengboche
We will descend from Chhukung to Pangboche on the same route that we used to ascend, then retrace our steps to reach Tengbochhe. after 4-5 hours walk we will reach Tengboche where we overnight.

day 14 - Trek to Namche Bazzar
Our trail continues into the Dudh Koshi gorge before rapidly descending through pine forests till it reaches Sansa after passing the bridge across the (milky river) Dudh Koshi River. As we travel through the forest, we keep a look out for wildlife like (Himalaya Thar) mountain goats, snow leopards, and vibrant pheasants. We arrive at the Army camp in Namche Bazaar after passing a chorten, where we spend the night.

day 15 - Trek to Lukla
This is the last day of our trek before we head back to Lukla, where we started. We need to walk carefully as our worn-out legs continually battle the rocky ground as the trail descends precipitously. This is a time to take stock of the priceless memories we have from both our shared journey and the accomplishment of our individual objectives. A free afternoon gives you the chance to unwind and take a hot shower. We'll toast the occasion in the evening with a few drinks and dancing. Included are breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

day 16 - Flight back to Kathmandu
