We had an excellent time

We had an excellent time trekking to EBC. This tour company was very helpful and friendly pre and post trek. Our guide was very knowledgeable and worked very hard to make sure everything went smoothly (organizing the trek accommodation, helping with the flight and helping with each meal). Thanks for a great trip!

Individual Tour Lukla-Namche Bazar-Thame-Kongde-Lukla

Due to our limited amount of time we opted for an individual tour from Lukla-Namche Bazar-Thame-Kongde-Lukla.The tour was very nice. Good selection of destinations, sceneries and good distances and good accommodation - for our individual preferences. Overall we were very happy and if we would have to book the tour again we would not change anything.

Individual trip - excellent organisation

We organized an individual mountain trekking trip the help of local travel specialists, starting from Lukla - Phakding - Namche Bazar - Thame - Kongde - Lukla. The whole trip, which means flights, accomodation, food and trip was very well organized from pick-up services until support in every situation. The guide and trip manager were very friendly and helpful even for our "out-of-standard hike". Therefore 5 stars.

Base Camp Trek with Purna

An excellent guided tour to Base Camp with my mountain guide Purna. Definitely recommend Purna. Communication was sometimes challenging, but he was very helpful and offered to show me the local cuisine outside of the not-so-fresh hotel/tea house food. Couldnt recommend more!

Everest Base Camp Trek

The trip was well planned and adjustments were made promptly as needed to adjust to weather conditions. Our guide Gopal Tamang was exceptional! I highly recommend this trek because it is absolutely gorgeous!

Everest view trekking

Awesome views but most of all best guide & porters who really take good care of us like family. Thanks to Arjun Pandey, Bhairas, Sangge, Karma, Ssyre and Madan for your excellent services. You guys are amazing. This is our 2nd time trekking with their team. Highly recommended!!!

Everest Base Camp and Kala Patthar Trek

March 2018 I can't give higher praise to the travel operator for the service they provided. Raj was wonderful answering our questions prior. Once on the trek Mingma (guide) and Lanka (porter) were truly remarkable. Their knowledge and smile made this the perfect first adventure in Nepal. I was asked what they could do better and had no suggestions, it was amazing.

Unbelievable winter trek to EBC with the BEST crew!

My fiance and I recently returned from a winter trek to EBC over 12 days with the local tour operator and could not be more pleased with the entire trip! From start to finish, Raj coordinated every last detail, including some slight itinerary rearrangements at my personal request, as well as private cars to and from the airport, duffel bags for our gear, tablets for water purification, and setting us up with the best guide, Gopal! We were met at the Lukla airport at the start of the EBC trekking route by Gopal, who made sure to take good care of us during the entire trek. Not once did either of us feel out of place and Gopal was always making sure we were comfortable. On colder evenings, he would always ask us if we needed extra blankets. His friendly and respectful demeanor was contagious and everyone we met along the way said he was the best guide they had encountered as well. Gopal was also clearly one of the more experienced guides, having been to many of the high passes/peaks countless times. When another, less-experienced group's guide was fumbling with an altitude-sick client, Gopal stepped in to help with administering oxygen, checking his blood saturation, and making sure he was okay throughout the night, until a helicopter could arrive in the morning. He was consistently helpful by dealing with the permits on the trail, the hotel reservations, and our sluggish pace on steep uphills at altitude. Of all the other trekkers we conversed with, none seemed to enjoy their guide's company as much as we enjoyed Gopal's. In turn, no one seemed to enjoy their trek as much as we did with Gopal.

EBC and Kalapatthar review

Didn't do EBC - no one there at the moment. Prioritised Kalapatthar - excellent experience watching sunset on Everest from Kalapatthar in the afternoon. Every day brings amazing views.

Everest Base Camp + Island Peak great choice

My and my wife we've done 17 days Everest Base Camp and Island Peak trek in May 2017. It was definitely experience of our lives. It is very demanding and you have to be well prepared physically and mentally to do it but is so worth it. Hikking to the EBC alone is very challenging but if you want something more and you have one more week of your time you should combine EBC and climbing to Island Peak.

Had a great trek

We did the trek in December/January. Although it was cold at times, our guide Mingmar made sure we were as comfortable as possible during our trek. His care was one of the main factors we made it all the way to EBC.

Best trek and Excellent service

This was a trip of a lifetime. I really enjoyed the trek to Everest Base Camp and Kala Patthar. We also visited Phorche - beautiful village and trail. Thanks for a great experience.

EBC Trek

Trek was highly frequented but still quite difficult for us due to minor personal ailments, starting with a feverish cold (2 members) and tooth aches (one member) intestinal problems (2 members) and high altitude effects (one member). Thus the originally planned Gokyo & EBC Trek was modified to just the EBC trek. Allowing for 16 days in total from Kathmandu to EBC and back to Kathmandu.

EBC and Gokyo Lakes

Would highly recommend the Rajendra Lamichhane ( Raj) and his tour company for anyone considering booking a trek in Nepal. Just got back from their 14 day trek to EBC and Gokyo lakes. From the outset they were quick to answer any questions I had, they arranged transfer to and from the airport and even took us out for a meal at the end of it! The trip itself was great - very reasonably priced, good, knowledgeable and friendly guide who was happy to adapt the trip to meet our needs. Have travelled extensively around the world and know there's always uncertainty when booking with a local tour operator, but rest assured, these guys are great and would not hesitate to book another trip with them!
