Egypt, trip of a lifetime I cannot thank this tour operator enough. My holiday to Egypt was what dreams are made of from start to the end . We started in the ancient times in Cairo and finished in the now at the Hurghurda resort. I had dreamt of this trip since the age of 14 when I first studied Ancient History, that dream became a reality for my 50th birthday. I cried when I seen the pyramids. I had such a magical time, I rode a camel in the desert was fantastic, sailed the Nile had the privilege of visiting the Bedouin camp, took a ride in a hot air balloon over the valley of the kings and so much more, it was amazing. I must give a special thank you to our organizer Kholoud and Randa our tour guides Fayed and I have been telling everyone in Australia if they want to travel to Egypt then go through this company they take care of everything. We were on the 9 day with this tour operator and it was a memorable and exciting experience! The trip was so well organized, and we had a fabulous tour guide was with us for 4 days on our Nile cruise. He was so personable and very knowledgeable about all the sites we visited his name was Muhammed and We spent 2 days with Randa in Cairo and she also was an excellent and knowlegable Egyptologist. This was our first time traveling with this company and we will definitely plan future adventures with them.

I recently traveled with my wife and two daughters to Egypt with this tour company. We had a private tour experience. From the moment we landed at the airport on our arrival to the day we left we were treated with the utmost care and attention. Every pickup and drop off was timely and seamless. We visited many places, had several unexpected airline changes that impacted our schedule and we had to make some adjustments to our itinerary based on the needs of the kids. In every situation, the tour company was there to support us and help us. Their sensitivity and understanding made every situation easier. In spite of a hectic schedule we felt safe and relaxed throughout our time.

My wife and I just came back from an incredible trip which surpassed all our expectations. We are forever grateful to Ahmed who helped us to devise the trip. On our arrival to the Cairo airport we were greeted by Tarke the tour leader he helped us to get our visa in no time and escorted us to the hotel , Later that day under Fayeds guidance we explored the pyramids at Giza and Cairo, After flying from Cairo to Aswan we were met by Muhammed our guide for the southern part of our trip. With him we visited Philae island , Abu Simbel, and other sites. Muhammed accompanied us during our Nile Cruise while we visited multiple sites, Luxor and beyond Upon completion of our Nile Cruise we flew back to Cairo.both of our guides were superb, and the friendliness and willingness to make our trip a pleasant one was unparalleled. Our trip consultant Ahmed was checking on us in person, and by phone throughout the trip making sure that things were going well.So,many-many thanks for making our trip truly a trip of a lifetime.

We loved our Egypt tour from the moment we were picked up at the airport, we were taken care of by the tour company. Our luggage didnt arrive with us but the company team made a great effort to get our luggage back to our hotel before to go to the cruise, also we would like to thank our guides in Cairo Randa she was very professional person and on the cruise Muhammed he was very helpful and patient and very informative we had a great time in Egypt we hoped to have longer trip but our vacation was limited we will back again with longer one see you again thank you.

This was an outstanding experience as promised and more, this tour company set the bar for full-service guided travel for my family and friends we were a group of 9 people, We are Candians, who currently live abroad and have previously lived abroad we had an AMAZING 9-days with this company. It started with getting whisked through the Cairo arrival terminal procedures by Tarek the airport staff. We then flew south to Luxor where we met Remon our guide for the Southern Egypt portion of the trip. We embarked aboard MS/ MINERVA for a 4 night River Cruise. The ship was immaculate, with very friendly crew and comfortable accommodations. Remon was a fantastic and knowledgeable guide for the river cruise and key sights from Luxor to Aswan. We then transferred back to Cairo where we checked into Le Meriden Pyramid another perfect choice by our trip planner Fayrouz, The hotel was clean and the staff was very attentive.. During the days of Cairo we had Fayed as our guide for the Giza Pyramids and Sakkara and the Egyptian Museum. Fayed managed to keep us all informed, entertained and well fed. The entire family had an incredible first visit to Egypt all thanks to all the team. I wholeheartedly recommend this company to any families, groups or individuals who want to visit Egypt.

There are not enough words to express how amazing this company made our trip in Egypt! They were so accommodating and we got to enjoy everything we wanted, without the hassle of planning. The pace was perfect and we are so happy we chose this company . While we were in Luxor, we had Eltyab as a tour guide and he was fantastic and so informative. We had a great time with him. The rest of our trip was with Hind and even though she was our tour guide, she didn't feel like one. It was like travelling with our friend who knows everything about Egypt. She is so warm and friendly and we had an amazing time with her. Nothing felt forced. We learned so much about the history of ancient Egypt without feeling like we were taking a class. As much as i loved my trip in Egypt, I loved the experience with the help of our guides we highly recommend this tour.

Fayourz Helped us to make fantastic 9 days trip to Egypt This was not an easy task as there were 7 of us in the group, ages 11 to 75, this tour covered all the must-see places in Egypt from Cairo to the Pyramids and The Nile cruise and the impressive Abu Simbel, We loved the hotels and the cruise that she arranged for us in many great places. We visited Egypt with a group of friends. Our guides Muhammed and Eltayab were outstanding and showed us Egypt through their eyes. Their knowledge of the Egyptian history spanning thousands of years. I came back as a learned person and eager to send my two kids to visit Egypt. Our guides also knew a lot about spots for good pictures and that was super helpful. Per their recommendations we enjoyed some good local food at restaurants in Cairo and on the cruise. The pyramids, temples and tombs are all wonderful. While it appears like all temples are the same, they are not. We learned from Eltayab that the art and sculpting evolved over time. For example, horses wont appear on any of the walls of temples until later time periods. You wont notice it unless guides highlight it for you. We also learned about Cartouche and its importance for kings. The cruise on the Nile from Luxor to Aswan was quite good as well. The vehicle trip from Aswan in the desert to see Abu Simbal was a terrific experience. While there, you are very close to border with Sudan. As a scientist who looks at dust storms over Sahara from satellites all the time, to be in the desert, feeling it and looking at it up close was very gratifying. All in all, I am very satisfied with our trip and thank you for showing us Egypt.

Words don't describe this trip of a lifetime that we joined our group tour to Egypt with this operator. It had been on my bucket list for years and we had delayed it due to worry about security and safety. Six of us went and packed as much in as we could including Abu Simbel and Nubian village tour and a 4 night Nile cruise on the Minerva. The tour company provided the most thorough and comprehensive support I have ever had anywhere! Not one moment did we feel unsafe and all services, hotels, food and transportation were top notch. our guide Randa and the staff were superb, educational and we loved their company. They went over and above to make sure we had memorable experiences. I wish we would have had more time in Luxor - I would have spent more time in the Valley of the Kings. One day just didn't seem to be enough. We were scheduled to go to Alexandria too and opted to spend the day in Cairo instead as we just wore out and needed a day with less travel. the company accommodated our change without a problem. My daughter and I booked 9-day trip to Egypt through this tour operator. Our tour was everything we hoped it would be and the most important that it was so safe for me and my daughter. The operator took care of everything from our Visa upon arrival to making sure we ordered a breakfast box though our hotel the morning of our departure. Our drivers were very professional. They always on time and waiting with car door opened and bottled water available. Our tour guide Muhammed was professional, highly informed, polite and funny. He gave us a brief every morning on what we would be seeing and made sure he answered any questions we had. Not only did we learn about the history of ancient Egypt and the Pyramids and ancient Pharaohs but he also told us about the people, food, and culture of modern day Egypt. Our next five days were spent on a Nile Cruise with Abu Elmaged (Muhmmed) as our tour guide. We visited Luxor, Aswan and Abu Simbel. The Valley of the Kings was one of the high lights for me. To be able to see tombs over 4,000 years old was amazing. Ash was also very professional and highly informed. He would explain what we were seeing and how to read the cartouches. We spent our last day back in Cairo with Muhammed. We had planned to go to Alexandria, but the weather was so foggy the roads were closed. Muhammed quickly proposed a plan B. We spent the day seeing more of Islamic Cairo including some palaces and Mosques and back street, it was really an amazing idea. When our tour was over, I felt like we were leaving friends in Egypt. I would highly recommend this company and our two guides two ( Muhammed) thank you for unforgettable experience.

Our trip was absolutely amazing. Even in the midst of the Corona virus outbreak they made us feel very secure and made sure we were safe at all times. There were a lot of changes to the itinerary because they shut down Luxor one day while everyone was tested for the virus. There was delays at the airport due to a sand storm and flooding in Cairo and then our flights were changed going home. During all of this they were there 100% of the time making sure that we were taking care of at all times. Even though there were a couple of things that were scary and unfortunate about our trip, we never felt like our vacation was not 100% what it should be because of the staff Tarek and Ahmed were all amazing. Not only did we get a history lesson, but they showed us their culture which was amazing and they made us feel at home in Egypt. Best trip ever, with the best guides ever! We will be using them again. I love Egypt and their people, it was so amazing to be able to visit there. Thank you

We highly recommend this company for any travelers looking for a smooth, safe, and enjoyable trip to Egypt For my 50th birthday my husband and I did a 10 day tour with this local tour operator that included Cairo, a Nile cruise & many temples From the start they were always very responsive and helpful. In the 10 days we were in Egypt we saw tons of sights, learned a lot and didn't have to worry about any details. We found all the tour guides Fayed in Cairo and Muhmmed on the cruise) and drivers to all be highly professional, well informed, passionate about their country, and helpful. We also really liked our account manger Karim Pros: Everything organized for you to maximize the number of sights you get to see, punctual and safe drivers, detailed information about the sights from the guides, lots of good food, and of course all the amazing historical sights of Egypt! For transparency - areas of improvement, but I think these are common for Egypt: communication about all the extras - every stop had optional add-ons some requiring a significant amount of cash, clearer communication about just how much money you need to bring for tipping! It was very stressful for us to try to figure out how much to tip everyone and it seemed to be expected everywhere, asking us to bring a large amount of cash into the country to pay the balance of the tour, and finally everyone asking us to make review which is see it is good and refers to responsibility and commitments. Overall we had an amazing experience and was a great way to celebrate my 50th! We felt we got good value for money, we stayed in Ramses Hilton and Nile style cruise for our stay really this was the best in Egypt, were happy with all the staff we interacted with from our tour company, and everything we very smoothly. There is no way you could go to Egypt as an independent traveler and see as much as we did in 10 days. i definitely recommend this company and happy to be a reference for any one need to ask about them

Since my husband and I have returned home we can only marvel at what an amazing trip this was and all the many things we were able to see in a week's time, all the friendship's and memories we made. We were able to traverse a large area of Egypt learning so much along the way. It all started with meeting ever smiling Tarek at the Cairo Airport, who helped us in going through all the formalities with ease. When we arrived there was a hiccup with my luggage, the airline did not transfer my 2 checked bags and I was devastated. Ahmed (the owner) and his associate Tarek put me at ease and assured me that they would do all in their power to fight the airline and even change my itinerary due to the inconvenience. They sure followed through, and day 2 went smoothly by having a full day tour of Cairo, visiting the Egyptian Museum and much more. Randa was an exceptional knowledgeable guide. I received my bags back from the airline that night, and Day 3 I was on my merry way to Aswan Mohammed was our tour guide from Aswam to Luxor and we couldn't be more grateful as to what an amazing job he did. The river cruise staff too was amazing. They were all so kind and attentive, everything was exceptional, the food and entertainment as well. All the sites from luxor to Aswan were a delight to see, all very well guided by Mohammed and the transportation was always reliable and comfortable. We also visited Abu Simbel, an astonishing place that we will never forget. We also went on a Hot Air Balloon ride, and trust me when I tell you it was truly an amazing experience. Our pilot and ground crew were second to none. Fun, professional and a must do. We ended our tour in Luxor after seeing the breathtaking Karnak Temple. We were so saddened on our last day after making so many friends with the cruise staff and having to say bye to Mohammed. We flew back to Cairo to spend our last day, and we went out with a BANG. We had an amazing Egyptologist for a guide his name was also Mohammed and he made our time seeing the Pyramids, The Sphinx , and everything else a truly amazing one. I told him I MUST have wonderful pictures to look back on, he told me not to worry that he knew all the right places. We went on a camel ride and the fellow who guided the camels took some pictures that look almost unreal, I was so lighthearted and pleased. I want to extend a whole hearted thank you to the entire crew of this tour company for making our trip an unforgettable and memorable one. This is definitely a one of a kind experience that I will carry with me in my life.
