Egypt Tours in March 2027

The tour we were able to experience was excellent. We were, however sent home after 4 days due to the war in Iran. We were not able to complete the Nile cruise which was disappointing, however we understand Collette just wanted is to be safe. They made all the changed accommodations for us seemlessly.

Collette went above and beyond for my CalCo Travel group. Assisted with the evacuation from Egypt. We hated to leave but the customers knew that it was for their own good.

My daughter and I have been planning a trip to Egypt for years and decided to add on a trip to Jordan right before we booked. This trip did not disappoint, our guides in both countries were incredible. They shared cultural, historical and religious knowledge with us that led to a greater understanding of not only the history of both of these amazing countries but also of the people that live in them now. All of the destinations on our trip wowed us, and being in a group of only 4 we were able to ask questions and learn so much from our guides. Even though we traveled at a time of political unrest in the region we never once felt unsafe. Staying at a diverse assortment of accommodations also allowed us some unique experiences. We created memories that will last a lifetime and it doesn't get better than that.

We had a great time on our first Explore trip. We thoroughly enjoyed seeing all the historic sites and was fantastic to have our guide with us all the way there. This may not be Explore's fault, but it was disappointing our guide was forced to share a room with two other people on the Nile cruise part of the trip, considering he worked long hours and was holding money for day trips/optional activities. Otherwise, could not fault the trip and shout out to Yasser who made it a wonderful experience.

I've put off getting to Egypt despite it being top of my list for years, because I was worried about safety. My concerns were unnecessary though as it was absolutely fine and this turned out to be the best trip I've ever taken. So much to see in the most mind-blowing locations, all packed into 8 days. I also loved the variety of travel methods - trains, boats and vans all broke up the journey so it didn't feel monotonous. Our CEO Saad was so passionate about the history and mythology of Egypt that I really learned so much more from him than I would from reading books or watching documentaries.

We just returned from the Royal Tour of Egypt with the team, and it was nothing short of magical. Every day felt like we were stepping into a living museum only with 5-star comfort and a guide who made it all come alive. Our guide, Sherif, was incredibly knowledgeable, but what made him special was his passion. He didn’t just show us the pyramids or the temples he told us the why, the how, the heart behind the stones. The Nile cruise was stunning. The rooms were spotless, the food was varied and delicious (including some local dishes we absolutely loved), and the staff treated us like family. Special shoutout to the waiters and kitchen team — they made our evenings feel warm and welcoming. Every transfer was on time, every hotel well-chosen, and every moment thoughtfully planned. If you're looking for a trip that respects both your time and your curiosity, this is the one. Unforgettable.
