Argentina & Chile: Amazing Patagonia - 9 days

Milagros and Marcela helped me plan a fantastic 10-day Essential Of Patagonia trip (mostly Argentina and 1 leg in Chile) and made the trip very smooth and easy to customize based on my preferences. For first-timers to the region, i would highly-recommend utilizing them as they are very knowledgeable and responsive. The Laguna de los Tres, Perito Moreno glacier, and the Torres del Paine Mirador hikes were sublime and unforgettable!! I would opt for "hard" hikes if possible to see the most, and try it out at least, and if not you can always tell your guide that it is too difficult and they will modify the path during the trek.

We like to travel on our own and at our own pace. The representatives are the best we have worked with in our extensive global travels. They took time to understand our preferences to personalize a 14 day visit to Argentina and Chile Patagonia. We love to hike and have a comfortable hotel at the end of the day. Every step of the way whether it was being greeted at the airport for personal transfers or checking in, every detail was delivered as agreed and really more than we expected. Oh, and we like to splurge a bit so when we arrived in Buenos Aires and before our departure from Santiago, they found us great hotels right where you would want to be in those cities. Our hotels in Puerto Natales, El Chalten and El Calafate were also great. Their representatives on the ground in both countries are top notch. Simply the best.

Patagonia has been in our bucket list and having the team help fulfill our dream adventure was gratifying. Having heard and read of disastrous and costly experiences with tour companies and guides, we started our inquiries with a healthy dose of reluctance and skepticism. I had to do a lot of online research about them to make sure that they are reputable. The communication with the team started with an email. My husband is an amputee, so I specifically requested for tours that are more appropriate for people with physical challenges like him. The excellent service we received from them was a rewarding complement to the beauty of the places we saw and experienced. Shout out to all our tour guides: Natalia – Half-day city tour in Buenos Aires; Gaston – Iguazu Falls (Half-day in Brazil and Full-day in Argentina); Sebastian and Paolo – Full-day Trekking and Canoeing in Tierra Del Fuego National Park; Jonathan and Gabriel – Full-day Perito Moreno Glacier Mini Trekking; Natalia, Catalina and Vicente – Lago Grey hiking excursions; and Robinson – Half-day city tour in Santiago. They were all very professional, knowledgeable, and accommodating to my husband’s lack of mobility. Our tour guides’ itineraries were a good balance of pleasure, historical education, humor, and socio-political commentary. Kudos also to all our tour drivers who drove us around safely. Every penny we spent on this trip was all worth it. Muchos Gracias!

We arranged a trip to Argentina in summer 2024 and everything has been perfect from the beginning to the end. Luna and Julieta (our counselors) were both very nice and caring, they have listened to our needs and wishes from the beginning and suggested us the right choices to do to optimize the time we had available to explore this amazing country. The price for the trip in my opinion was fair: before choose I have requested a lot of qutoations to other agencies and they were all more expensive and less open to satisfy our requests. I hope to come back to Argentina to see the north part of the country and for sure I’ll do it with this very tour operator.

My tour of Patagonia both in Argentina and Chile was fantastic. The tours were well organised and highly memorable and not just because of the beautiful landscapes but also because of the guides, drivers and fabulous accommodation and food. The free days offered you the opportunity to choose unforgettable hikes. I hope to be on another tour with the same operator in the future.
