Set out on an unforgettable tour through Nepal’s Annapurna region, where snow-capped giants and vibrant cultures converge. The Annapurna Base Camp Tour begins in the picturesque lakeside city of Pokhara, guiding you through the lush forests and terraced hillsides of Tikkhedunga and Ghorepani. As you trek deeper, you’ll marvel at narrow gorges and the dramatic silhouettes of Hiunchuli and Machapuchhre (Fishtail Mountain), while immersing yourself in the traditions of the Gurung and Magar peoples.
Ideal for families and adventurers of all ages, this trekking trip balances challenge with comfort—expect the thrill of climbing 3,300 stone steps to Ulleri and traversing rocky trails as you make your way towards your ultimate goal: Annapurna Base Camp at 4,130 meters. Here, you’ll be surrounded by a breathtaking amphitheater of Himalayan peaks, a reward that makes every uphill step worthwhile.
Along the route, the journey to Ghorepani and the sunrise vantage of Poon Hill offer some of the most magnificent mountain vistas in Nepal.
