EBC 14 Days Oct 2023 - Best Company to Look After You

We did the 14 day EBC trek with a hotel either side in Kathmandu and I couldn’t recommend this structure more! They were fantastic every step along the way, easy to communicate and organise things with. Our guide Madan was amazing, very attentive and helpful with every request we gave him along the trek, kept a great pace for the group if anyone fell behind and looked after us when the altitude got to us. True hero! We had a total of 4 people in our group, which after seeing some of the other companies on the trail handling 10+ people on a daily basis, I was truly grateful for and felt was the perfect size. Would easily recommend this local travel specialist to anyone going, local company to Nepal, your money goes to good, honest people and the porters are looked after! Fantastic experience.

Will come back!!!

It was a perfect organized trip from the moment I signed up to the moment I was back at the Airport in Kathmandu. The best of all has been or guide. We meet as guide and customer and I we said good bye as friend/brother. As well or Porter - what a personality. I am leaving Nepal with the best memories possible. Having traveled to more than 70 countries I am spoiled and not easy to impress but the team did. Thanks of giving me such a nice time and made it possible to see the Mt. Everest base camp. Will come back!!!

Incredible trip, incredible Guides

Can't fault the staff at Mosaic whatsoever. We were a large university group from the UK, and had Bhumi and Rhudra as our main guides. They were incredible throughout the entire trip, and both even stayed with us for 5 extra days in Lukla when there were no flights due to storms, to make sure we got back to Kathmandu safely. Very well planned trek, all staff made a great effort to ensure everyone was constantly happy and safe, as well as providing loads of info and making us all laugh. Thanks Mosaic!

Excellent from start to finish

All very good. Fast replies from the boss, Madhav. Everything made easy: airport pickup, all the guides (not only mine, Bhumhi, who was also excellent, but others from Mosaic as well) went out of their way to help, everything about the trek itself explained in detail, and a successful ascent. Need I say more.

Everest Base Camp Trek with Raj

We completed the EBC Trek in May 2019 with Mosaic Adventures. Despite the long and not quite comfortable drive drive to Mantali Airport due to the Kathmandu Airport works everything was well organized and taken care of. Special thanks to our guide Raj that played a huge role in making this trek an unforgettable experience for us. He reacted to any problem with professionalism while he was really friendly and knowledgable, being happy to answer any of our questions. I would totally recommend him as well as Mosaic!

Amazing scenery, amazing people

The views throughout the whole of this trek are stunning, pictures really don't do it justice. Asking our guide which his favourite trek is, he told us Everest base camp, but not primarily for the scenery, because of the people. I get that base camp might seem a bit touristy relative to some of the others, but I think one of the best parts of this trek was doing it with a really great, friendly group and meeting lots of other happy people on the way.

The experience of a lifetime with trustworthy, kind, wonderful people

The trek to Everest Base Camp was breathtaking and awe-inspiring from the very first moment. Every stage of the trek had its own unique sights and sounds. From the beautiful, lush areas outside of Lukla, to the mountain meadows on the way to Dingboche, to the glacial features around Base Camp. I will never forget it, and I highly recommend it! It's the experience of a lifetime!

Perfect trip to Everest Base Camp

I recently completed the Everest Base Camp trek with Mosaic Adventure and cannot recommend the company highly enough. From the first enquiry, Madhav responded to all of my questions promptly and efficiently. Every detail of the trip was accounted for and arranged without complication. The Mosaic website is clear and informative which greatly assisted our preparation. Upon arrival in Kathmandu the airport transfer, city tour and pre-trek meeting all ran seamlessly. Two members of our group needed to hire gear from the company and were able to do so easily with no extra charge. This trend of competent and efficient organisation continued into the trek itself with the whole experience made as stress-free as is possible given the circumstances. Underpinning the success of the trip in every regard was our guide Ramesh who was the utmost professional from picking us up at the airport late at night through to walking us home after our farewell dinner in Kathmandu. On the trek Ramesh struck the perfect balance between being friendly, approachable and informative without ever overbearing. When members of the group struggled he was quick to assist and talk through any difficulties they were experiencing. On many occasions when members of the group became tired, Ramesh would carry their day pack in addition to his own. He was full of interesting facts about the places and people we passed along the way and somehow managed to set the perfect pace for every gradient and type of terrain. At the tea houses, Ramesh handled all of the admin with typical Mosaic efficiency and helped out in serving our meals, refilling our drink bottles and generally assisting us in any way that he could. Above all else he is a great man who became a great friend over the course of the trek and his guidance made the whole experience faultless in every way. I also have huge admiration for our porters who did a tremendous job carrying our overnight bags all the way up and down a challenging trail. They were both very nice and the bags arrived promptly each day. If you are considering trekking in Nepal then I would have no hesitation in recommending Mosaic Adventure to ensure a fantastic trip.

Great experience

Many thanks to mosaic adventure, we had a very challenging and adventurous experience hiking through the beautiful mountains. Not sure I would do the tour of Kathmandu next time tho as it took up most of the day, but was very informative.
