Itinerary
Embark on a sweeping 14-day private journey from Casablanca that captures Morocco’s most captivating destinations and diverse landscapes. day 1 - Casablanca arrival
You will be picked up from Casablanca airport and transferred to your hotel.
day 2 - Casablanca - Rabat - Asilah - Tangier
The journey starts with a tour of Casablanca. Visit Mohammad V Square, an airy square built in 1916 amid French colonial buildings, with a statue and pigeon-covered fountain. You will also visit the Hassan II Mosque, which was designed by Michel Pinseau and built by Bouygues. The mosque, which was completed in 1993, is considered the second-largest in Africa after the Algiers grand mosque, and 7th in the world. The mosque also has the world's second tallest minaret at 210 meters.
Continue your journey to Rabat to visit Oudaya, a Unesco World Heritage Site; and Hassan Tower, a minaret of an incomplete mosque built by the third Caliph of the Almohad Caliphate in 1195. You will also visit the Mohammed V Mausoleum, where lie in rest three kings Mohammad V, Hassan II, and Prince Abdallah.
Next, you will travel via the highway to the well-preserved 15th-century town of Asilah. The town has many sites to see, like the paintings that fill the whitewashed walls of the medina, the 15th-century ramparts, the Church of San Bartolome, and El Hamra Tower.

day 3 - Tangier - Chefchaouen
Today's journey starts with the visit to Tangier medina. Next you will visit the Caves of Hercules and Cape Spartel. Continue the journey to Chefchaouen. The place is famed for its blue-washed buildings; its shady main square of Place Outa el Hammam, Ethnographic Museum, and the octagonal minaret nearby.

day 4 - Akchour waterfalls
After breakfast, an official guide will escort you to visit Morocco’s lost paradise: Akshour waterfalls, a stunning turquoise waterfall oasis at the end of an easy 5.5km drive in the Rif Mountains near Chefchaouen. After an enjoyable day, you are free to do some exploring on your own or just relax at your hotel.
day 5 - Chefchaouen – Meknes - Volubilis - Fes
Today you will travel to Fes to see its historical landmarks. The tour sites includes the excavated ancient city of Volubilis which was also the ancient capital of the Mauretania kingdom. You will then continue your journey to Meknes, which is known for its imperial past. Its beautiful gate Bab Mansour is famous for its arches and mosaic tiling.
Overnight stay in Fes.
day 6 - Guided visit of Fes
Today you will take a guided tour of some of historical sites in Fes. Visit Madrasa El Bouinania, founded in AD 1351–56 by Abu Inan Faris, and widely acknowledged as a high point of Marinid architecture and historic Moroccan architecture. You will also visit El Quaraoiyin Mosque and University, which happens to be the oldest existing and continually operating higher educational institution in the world according to Unesco and Guinness World Records. You will also visit other historical landmarks and sites like South Tower, Pottery Village, Nejjarine Square, and the residence of the king. Enjoy some free time after the tour.
day 7 - Fes - Ifran - Merzouga
Early departure to Merzouga Desert through Ifran, which is known for its alpine-style architecture and nearby ski slopes and forests and the lion statue. The cedar forests are notable as a habitat for a sub-population of Barbary macaques.
You will journey past the commercial center of a vast agricultural hinterland Midelt, Errachida, Ziz Valley, and Erfoud to reach Merzouga.
Enjoy a camel back ride in the desert landscape during sunset before settling in a camp. Tonight you will enjoy a stay in a private tent, and enjoy a lovely dinner beside a campfire. For entertainment, there will be local music.
day 8 - Merzouga Desert
Wake up early to see the spectacular desert sunrise, and enjoy your breakfast at the camp. Depart from the Berber camp on a camel for your next adventure: A 4x4 journey to Erg Chebbi dunes and other important sites in the desert. Enjoy a traditional meal of Medfouna for lunch and enjoy the rest of the day at your own leisure.
Overnight stay in a hotel in Merzouga.
day 9 - Merzouga - Boumalne Dades
Get up early to see the magical desert view during sunrise. Enjoy your breakfast and travel to Skoura town through Errissani, the ancient capital of Tafilalet (historically Sijilmasa, the largest oasis in Morocco).
The charming city of Tinghir is known for its magnificent palm grove and its famous series of limestone river canyons in the eastern part of the High Atlas Mountains. You will then reach Boumalne Dades, famous for the majestic Todgha Gorge.
day 10 - Boumalne Dades - Marrakech
After breakfast, drive to Marrakech through Ouarzazate and visit Atlas Studio, where you can discover the world of movie making.
You will also visit the 17th-century Kasbah Ait Ben Haddou, a Unesco World Heritage Site which is considered a great example of Moroccan earthen clay architecture. It is a historical site along the former caravan route between the desert and Marrakech. Continue your journey via Tishka Pass, which reaches an altitude of 2260m, to reach Marrakech.
day 11 - Guided visit of Marrakech - Essaouira
Today you will take a guide tour of Marrakech, where you will visit many landmarks such as Bahia Palace (The name means "brilliance," a set of beautiful gardens that was built in the late 19th century and intended to be a palace at its time); the historic royal necropolis Saadian Tombs, which dates back to the time of the Saadian dynasty; Koutoubia Mosque in Marrakech; and Jamaa El Fna, the marketplace square.
After the guided tour, you will be transferred to Essaouira.
day 12 - Essaouira
Today you have a free day to explore the coastal city of Essaouira or Taros in Berber. The city attracts plenty of windsurfers between April and November, and is also well known for its fortified medina, art galleries, and boutique.
day 13 - Essaouira - Marrakech
Today you will drive back to Marrakech by early evening. Upon arrival, you will have free time to explore the city by night.
day 14 - Airport transfer
The tour ends with the transfer to Casablanca airport.
