We booked the EBC trek with this operator. And what a succes it was! Great organisation, even when the first 2 flights to Lukla were cancelled, there was another flight booked within minutes. But the best part of this company was the guide it gave us. Ram was our guide for the 12 day trek (+2 if you count the days waiting on the airfield for weather good enough to fly to Lukla), and he made our trek both fun and unforgettable. Although because of his young age and happy character, he is an incredibly wise guy with 17 years of guiding experience. Ram embodies the reason you book a guided trek: he is knowledgeable about culture and nature, knows the ins and outs of trekking, knows every road you walk inside out and, most importantly, he makes you feel safe and happy every step of the way. The trip of a lifetime. The combination of ancient villages, the amazing Sherpa people, hair raising suspension bridges, our wonderful guide Bal, the colossal Himalayan mountains, the monks and beauty of the Tengboche Monastery, and finally, the unforgettable peak of Ama Dablam all combined to fill us with a state of spiritual AWE that we will never forget.

The views throughout the whole of this trek are stunning, pictures really don't do it justice. Asking our guide which his favourite trek is, he told us Everest base camp, but not primarily for the scenery, because of the people. I get that base camp might seem a bit touristy relative to some of the others, but I think one of the best parts of this trek was doing it with a really great, friendly group and meeting lots of other happy people on the way.

I booked a trek to EBC with this tour operator ( Subash ) for 14 days, The arrangement of the trek was perfect from arrival to departure. The company arranged two night hotel in Kathmandu as well as provided me a sleeping bags and down Jacket, Our Guide Kaji was experienced and knowledgeable. My accommodation and food were perfectly arranged. I am very much satisfied with this company.

We completed the Everest Base Camp in September which was a great time of year as it was the start of the trekking season it was not to overcrowded. The trek itself was amazing, trying to explain the beauty of this place in worlds will never do it justice.

Having trekked to Everest Base Camp in Khumbu, Nepal, I cannot recommend this tour company enough. A local company using only local staff, the guides and porters are of the highest quality, with a rarely seen zest and contentment in their work. My guide had an enormous amount of experience, was deeply knowledgeable and was better equipped than any of the guides you will find in the mountains. The team were naturals at their work and extremely professional in their duties, and really made the difference on this trek making a great trip into a truly unforgettable experience. The trip was absolutely incredible and I would encourage any able-bodied and properly-equipped individual who is considering it to go for it from the chaos and diversity of KTM to the landing at Lukla to the endless 6000m+ mountain vistas and the unique landscape of base camp and the approaching glacier, which is like an alien planet. There are too many great things to experience and remember about this trip, is was a complete sensory overload. Things went pretty much as expected, I had planned to go to EBC, then over Cho-la and Renjo-la Passes and back down through to Lukla via Thame. However after EBC we reached Dzonghla, which is the only stopping place before crossing the path, only to experience heavy snow overnight making it too difficult to make the pass so we had to head back. That was disappointing but freak unusual weather can occur anytime. I would use this company's services again without question. I saw many guides, some of which were substandard and didn't really do anything more than the minimum required, their customers were complaining but I did not have a single thing to complain about. The service started as soon as I arrived in Kathmandu and lasted for the complete duration of my trip, despite some large changes of plan during the trip. They have plenty of solid international references, which checked out very well and having used them I now add myself to that list of references, please feel free to contact me direct if you need any further information.
