South America Volcanoes Trips

Weeks later and still speechless! This trip was so culturally immersive and well planned. Our tour manager was phenomenal and made such an impact on our family. This trip was so educational and my kids loved every single day. 10/10!

This tour was amazing. Costa Rica is simply one of the most beautiful places on Earth. The tour director made us feel like family, and had so much enthusiasm for every detail. The hotels were deluxe and the food delicious. We learned so much from the tour director’s extensive knowledge which she was happy to share. You should be in good physical condition for this tour, and be prepared for a lot of local tipping. We did appreciate that most all the meals were included (Top Rate Meals), which meant very few extra expenses. My favorite tour to date. Has everything from deep jungle to ocean beaches.

I thought the hotel/resort in Monte Verde was beautiful and an amazing stay. The coach was comfortable and liked the WiFi and usb outlets. The itinerary was fun and I’m glad we had time to pick our own excursions or just chill if we wanted to. Horseback riding and catching the sunset was perfect and zip lining was super fun. The float on the river seeing so many monkeys in the trees was a perfect way to end the trip. Also the stop on the river for a snack and coffee was such a nice touch.

Costa Rica surpassed all my expectations! I would have never thought there was a resort inside a jungle that takes one, a long boat ride to get to! The people I met, starting at the airports all the way back to the airport and all those in between were excellently trained, prepared and very knowledgeable! Very kind!!! I learned so much regarding natural resources and the environment. Learning about and meeting the good people who reside in Costa Rica! Thank you for offering a really detailed and informative tour!

Dealing with Collette from the beginning was efficient and I could always reach a knowledgeable agent by phone. All the information pre-trip was complete and timely. During the trip, all the logistics went smoothly, and the trip was structured to give us a taste of many different kinds of lodging and experiences. The pace was good, we were kept quite busy. Our tour guide was top-notch, the coach driver getting us to amazing locations. The price of the trip did go up with all the tipping involved, but the tips were well-deserved! Collette had us taken care of from beginning to end.

The tour was wonderful. It was planned down to the smallest detail. Our tour guide was awesome! I would highly recommend Collette use him when another trip to Costa Rica is planned. We saw and participated in a wide variety of activities which were wonderfully planned. The resorts we stayed in were excellent. I would recommend anyone traveling use Collette.
