once in a lifetime scenery but every single day!!

This trip really is an adventure. From San Pedro de Atacama and The Devil's Throat Gorge taking in Geysers (and if you book it yourself the most amazing star gazing astronomy expereince) Chile is impressive but is quickly over shadowed by the wonders of cycling in Salta Argentina. So many days of amazing geology and scenery it is both joyful and overwhelmingly beautiful. Read the full itinerary and then visualise that more or less every one of those days will be spectacular. Highlights included the downhill ride to the Hill of Seven Colours, the Los Cardones National Park (thousands and thousands of cacti and mountains) and the cycle along the Conchas river which is just life affirming. There's also a free day in Salta which is great as it's a traditional Argentian city with a lot of quirky culture and history and some great steak restaurants. We also had quite a few trips to vineyards to do winetasting which Alejandro was happy to organise.

Absolutely amazing experience. Very highly recommended and great appreciation for the crew and expedition team. Atlas Ocean voyages was the best.

It was good I would of like to visit some more churches but enjoyed what I saw

It was good to go to Buenos Aires first. Rio is so spectacular that seeing BA afterward would have been a disappointment. In Rio, the evening at the Roxy was so special that it should have been part of the included itinerary instead of a paid extra. Several of our group missed it and were upset when they found out from us how wonderful it is.

Activities were informative and enjoyable except for the dinner visit to to a local finca deep in a rural setting. While the dinner food and service were great, the transportation there as well as the “showcase” by indigenous family seemed less so.

A splendid introductory trip

It was a splendid introductory trip. The guides in each city were very good; the the cities themselves were fascinating. We chose our own restaurants which was easy. The museums were quite spectacular, and if you like art Botelo is a master of painting and sculpture. I must say I was confused about the preparatory organization, since it all seemed to be done on-line; and did not come together in a package for us until a few days before we arrived, but in the end the logistics were excellent. The cars and guides arrived on time at every stop, and the hotels were very good. So all in all, well done.
