“We have recently done a rock 2 water 6 day Alice to Adelaide tour. (Started 7th Feb 2018) The whole experience from start to finish was first class. Shane the tour guide was fantastic. His knowledge was exceptional on all subjects and he kept the whole bus entertained, with his information and stories. His attention to detail enabled the trip to function without a single hiccup and the travellers in the bus gelled as a result. We felt safe at all times and the only disappointing aspect was finishing the trip and saying goodbye at the end. Thanks Shane and Groovy Grapes for a memorable 6 days.”

“I just want to let you know that my tour was a blast. I haven't expected such an amazing time. And it was not only to be a member of these customers joining. It was because of our tour guides / your company employees.First Con the driver. Surprised to hear it was just his 6th tour! Born a tour guide I would say. Wonderful guy, cook of the year and such a nice, helpful kind of person. I felt save and comfortable throughout the whole long trip! And our second tour guide Dan. Just impressed of all his knowledge about the aboriginal people, he shared all of this with us. We could see a place where the children go to swim. He prescribed how they live and which plants they use. All the stories belonging to the Uluru and other places. I understand now how they live much better. He spotted a thorny devil during driving so we stopped and he caught it. Such an amazing animal. Once in a lifetime!! I'm sure this is not a common thing during the tour. And his jokes made the trip even more special! The best tour guide you could wish for. Experienced and social and the heart in the right place. I wouldn't miss one day of this trip. Thanks so much to both guides for the best trip of my life so far. I will highly recommend you!”
Really enjoyed this trip!

Travel tips for Australia Hiking Tours
Pack light. Grams become kilograms when you’re lugging an overstuffed backpack on the trail. Packing light by forgoing a few luxuries will make your hike infinitely more enjoyable.
Evaluate your abilities and choose a suitable trail for your skill. Some of our favorite Australia hiking tours require a decent degree of fitness to complete.
Pick a tour in the middle of the peak season for the best chance of pleasant weather—but book ahead. Australia gets sweltering hot in summer and chilly in winter.
Choose professional hiking tours with experienced guides to tackle remote, multi-day trails. Aussie hikers get lost every year, and many are never found.
