Tanzania Bird watching Tour Reviews
Honest insights from past guests on our Bird watching Tanzania tours
We had the pleasure of being escorted by this tour operator during our recent trip to Tanzania. We had two different guides, and both of them were EXCELLENT! They both had very extensive knowledge of the flora and fauna of all the areas we visited. They were very passionate about nature and the animals, and they were intensely focused on making sure my wife and I had the time of our life. I would very highly recommend them if you're planning a safari soon!
We went on safari with our guide. Everything was organized perfectly, he speaks fluent German and knows all the animals and finds them. The Toyota LandCruiser was practically new and well maintained by the guide. Super friendly people in the camps. A fascinating experience. Thanks to all. What an excellent job.
A real success is the company of guides, water throughout the week, charger in the car, retractable roof for all seats, and roof for driver and co-driver. Safety at all times, it must be said that raising and lowering the car windows was hard; they would have to be checked to put something. Our guide was a real wonderful, he knew how to keep his distance from us at all times, until you give him a break he treats you with great respect, if you give him a break he becomes closer and you end up being one more on the trip. Always thinking of the best for us, I know that thanks to him the trip was made more enjoyable. Apart from that it is the Google of animals! Everyone knows it, if you are Spanish-speaking, do not hesitate to hire this company and especially this guide.
We were not disappointed and every single day was incredible, which we will remember for the rest of our lives! From out tour manager in Arusha office, who was very responsive over the course of our research on the operators to our guide and the driver - everything was impeccably organised, we wouldn’t change a thing. The chosen lodges, selected routes, responsiveness to action or drive where needed, time estimation, food and patience as well as respect to all humans as well as animals left us speechless. I recommend them to everyone and already did to my friends. Thank you to the whole team, we will cherish this honeymoon memories forever!!! Thank you for making it special.
Hands down one of the best trips I have ever taken. The tour guides went above and beyond to make sure that we were comfortable throughout our entire stay with them and we couldn't have asked for better guides, accommodations and experience. I highly recommend you book your tour with these guys ! You will not regret any minute of it !
Me and my fiance visited Africa few days ago and Arend Safaris gave us a safari to remember in Tanzania. I don't really know if this is how they treat everyone or it was just us but we felt like everyone went out of their way to make this safari greatest ever. We arrived in Arusha late afternoon and Protas our guide was there at the airport to pick us up. We drove to the lodge for an amazing late lunch that was followed up by a wonderful city tour. Later in the evening we went back to the lodge and waited for our big safari day. Protas picked us up and off we went to the Tarangire park. Great park with lots of elephants and giraffes. We saw everything we could possibly see in the park and went to the lodge. Next day we headed to the Ngorongoro. What a park. Tiny, beautiful evergreen, they called it a biggest caldera but I call it a magical park. What else could you want to see on safari than the big five All of them with the aid of Protas who is an amazing spotter by the way. He showed us all we needed. Just when we thought we've seen it all, Serengeti was there. I've been watching this adventures in National geographic since was a kid but finally everything I ever imagined was right before my eyes. What a spectacle. This endless plain is real and wonderful. It was raining during our season of visit but non of this was a problem. We enjoyed every moment stayed in this beautiful country. Our final words are simply thrilling. Adventure was all worth it and very much recommendable. Luxury option is always a good idea as we can say. Go for luxury and don't forget to take Protas with you. He's such a life of a party. Never a dull moment around him.
