Norway Tours and Trips for Young Adults

The trip leader Kate was an exceptional guide. She found the perfect balance of fun, professional and informative. This was my third top deck trip and have found the better the trip leader the better the experience. The locations visited were also chosen well the only improvement would be maybe more time in fjordlands.

We were a small group of 4 from Australia and if you get to Oslo - this is the company you definitely want to book with. Curtis was fun and informative and interesting and aware and considerate of our whole group. We covered a substantial area of many of the main highlights- everything was interesting and we could easily have kept going after the 3 hours it was so good! Lindsay & Helen

We had lots of complications with our trip - cancellations and rearrangements due to covid restrictions, and unexpected covid tests, but Nicola at World Expeditions was excellent. She was helpful, professional, and quick to respond at all times, despite our numerous questions. And if she didn’t know an answer, she was quick to send a holding reply and go and find out for us. This is our second trip with world expeditions, and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

The overall trip was great fun – Jon was an excellent leader and really engaged with us all, but there is definitely room for improvement on this new tour. The optionals were not that great – and way too expensive for what they were. I suggest removing the dog kennel trip, either removing the train ride or the boat ride from Flam (only one is needed), and also reworking the trip so there is less time in the Fjords. There is nothing to do there but do the optionals – which doesn't actually make them optionals. I have travelled with Topdeck before – and Contiki – and I have to say, Contiki is way better. They are cheaper trips but with more included activities. I will be thinking twice before booking another Topdeck tour, I was disappointed with so many elements of this particular trip.
