St. Andrews: If you like golf, you’ll love St Andrews. But if you think it spoils a nice walk in the park, there’s also Swilcan Bridge.
Loch Ness: Sit back, relax and cruise along the loch with your Contiki crew. But keep your eyes peeled and camera ready for mythical ‘Nessie’.
Scottish Highlands: Ever wondered how native animal species - like the Scottish Red Squirrel, Lynx and Beavers - are reintroduced into the wild? Come learn about it all from an expert (who'll also tell you how the Caledonian pine forest is being reforested too!). Every penny you spend here will directly support Trees for Life, a TreadRight supported project.
Stirling: Explore the sights of Stirling and get a selfie with the memorial to the iconic Scottish knight.
Mallaig: We'll visit Helix Park, home to The Kelpies (horse statues, standing at 100ft tall & weighing more than 300 tonnes each). It's a wonder to behold. Plus, there's also an adventure play park with woodlands and boardwalks for some added fun.
I thought the trip was very well planned out. There were a couple locations. I wish we had an extra day like in Belfast and in Dublin. I do wish that once the trip transitions from Scotland to Ireland that we would have just started Ireland in Belfast and Did the Ireland root counterclockwise. I think it would’ve given us more time to enjoy the city and broken up a long travel day. I thought the accommodations were good and the provided dinners were acceptable. We went to places and did activities that I never would’ve thought to do on my own and some of those days like the Erin Islands ended up being my most favorite day of the trip.
Had a great time , very well run
The Scotland and Ireland Contiki was amazing! The places we visited were so beautiful and the activities we did were so fun , would definitely recommend!!
It was alot of craic. Not only did i see, learn and do alot of great stuff but made lifelong friends.
This trip was incredible, one of the best experiences I have ever done, a lot of that is due to the incredible trip manger and Driver . was an incredible trip manager, extremely organised and so many facts and information about the places we visited. She was extremely approachable and really made the trip what it was! was an incredible driver, was safe and kept the coach impeccably clean. and worked very well together and it really helped make a comfortable and fun environment.
This trip was an absolute blast! It was my first group trip with any tour so i was a bit nervous but everything was so well organised and so much fun. Shout out to and for making it so enjoyable!
Tour guide was fantastic and knowledgeable on everything from the history of where we were, to places to eat, to myths, legends and local stories. The driver was phenomenal and I have motion sickness which was never an issue with him behind the wheel. Would recommend to anyone who like me, wants a trip where they can just truly relax and enjoy knowing everything will go smoothly.
