Rajasthan & Varanasi — Ancient Temples & the Taj Mahal

Overall I had a great and fun experience. We saw so many amazing places and this tour was a way to travel close to the locals and get an authentic expirience. The only thing I would change is, having less people in the group. The group size of 18 people was too big, we lost so much time at joint dinners or at the activities to wait for everyone, would have been more efficient and mor enjoiable with fewer people on the tour.

Our experience in India was hugely enriched by the local knowledge of our super guide, who ensured every part of trip was authentic, varied, fun and smooth. The route gave us insight into such variety or places and peoples across northern India, and made it possible to focus on appreciating and enjoying the country, instead of all the research/bookings/logistics we'd have had to do if we'd travelled independently. India is A LOT (of honking, of poverty, of smells, of cows, of friendly smiles ?) and in this tour you will get a real chance to get a glimpse of it. The tour includes a lot of travel time and you will practice your patience skills more than once, yet the culture, tastes and unforgettable memories will make it all so worth it!

I had the most amazing experience the past 20 days on this tour. It was even better than I had imagined with seeing so many different places, from temples to markets, to the desert, each place was so different! One of the highlights for me was camping in the desert which was so surreal, the staff were so helpful throughout the whole stay. Our tour guide, Som, was super friendly and I couldn?t have asked for anyone better to lead the tour! Overall, the accommodation was lovely and very clean everywhere we stayed with very friendly staff. I would definitely recommend this tour to people in the future!
