day 1 - Kathmandu to Syabrubashi (1460m)
Drive to Syabrubashi today by bus or Jeep. The distance is about 140 km on a mostly narrow road with villages, valleys, hills, and mountain scenery. The drive takes about 6 to 7 hours.

day 2 - Syabrubashi to Lama Hotel (2410m)
Today we start our trek. Trek to Lama Hotel through the pine and oak forests. We cross a few suspension bridges on the route. After an hour of steep uphill, we reach Lama Hotel at 2410m, a small town along the Langtang Khola in the middle of the jungle.

day 3 - Trek to Langtang Village (3550m)
Today we walk along the Langtang river bank and then forest as we go higher. You will have Mt. Langtang Lerung view for the first time. The narrow valley with a rocky gorge itself is very interesting. The small village Ghoda Tabala is a nice place for a short break and in Thangshap villages we stop for lunch before continuing to Langtang village. In the evening, visit the Langtang Yak cheese factory and village. Langtang is the largest village in the valley and was severely damaged in an avalanche caused by the 2015 earthquake. Many people and houses were lost. Visit the memory wall to pay tribute to the story of this catastrophe.

day 4 - Trek to Kyangin Gompa (3800m)
Today is a short and easy hike compared to other days. Walk along the ancient Buddhist prayer walls and an ancient village Mondo, yaks, horse, and the wide view of Langshisa Mountain are in front of you. Walk slow to Kyangin Gompa 3800 m.

day 5 - Kyangin Ri / Tserkuri Peak Hiking (4900m)
Today is an optional day for rest before our higher ascent. Trek up to Tserkuri Peak (4900 m) or hike up to Kyangin Ri (4400 m). Or you can trek up to the Langtang Glacier to get close to the Langtang Himal. 3 to 7 hours hike or fully rest day.

day 6 - Trek down to Rimche (2400m)
Today is the journey back from the same route via Langtang Valley to Rimche, all downhill along the Langtang Khola. Rimche is a small place just after Lama hotel.

day 7 - Trek to Sing Gompa (3200m)
Today we descend via the same route to Dovan and take the left route up to Syabru Village (2400 m). Continue uphill to Sing Gompa (3200 m) via Deurali Danda all together for 7 hours. Sing Gompa is known as Chandanbari (Sandal Land). There is a yak cheese factory and a Buddhist Monastery. Visit both and stay night. Great view of Trishuli valley and Ganesh Himal range.

day 8 - Trek to Gosainkunda Lake (4340m)
Follow the pilgrimage trail to Gosainkunda lake (4300 m.) via Cholang Pati, a resting place with a scenic view of the Himalayas and the starting point of the Alpine zone. After a short break, we continue the uphill trek to Lauribina, where we stop for lunch. In the next step, climb up to Lauribina temple to see the panoramic view of the mountains, valley, and forest. After another hour's hike, we reach Gosainkunda Lake, a popular Hindu and Buddhist holy lake legendary to Lord Shiva and Guru Rimpoche.

day 9 - Trek to Ghopte via Lauri Bina La Pass (3460m)
Today is the highest ascent day for our trek, heading up to Lauri Bina La pass (4600 m) and descending to Phedi for lunch. Entering the Helambu Valley trek to Ghopte (3460 m) for night's stay.

day 10 - Trek to Kutumsang (2446m)
An easy day after the high pass. Trek in Helambu Region. We trek up to Tharepani hill and continue to walk down to Kutumsang village (2446 m) along the rhododendron forest in Helambu valley.

day 11 - Trek to Chisapani (2200m)
