Today explore the captivating city of Delhi. Your city tour will take you through both the old and new parts of Delhi, offering a fascinating blend of heritage and modernity. Begin with a visit to Raj Ghat, the serene memorial dedicated to Mahatma Gandhi. Marvel at the Red Fort, an imposing 17th-century fortress with magnificent palaces and gardens. Built in the early 13th century a few kilometres south of Delhi, the red sandstone tower of Qutb Minar is 72.5 m high, tapering from 2.75 m in diameter at its peak to 14.32 m at its base, and alternating angular and rounded flutings. The surrounding archaeological area contains funerary buildings, notably the magnificent Alai-Darwaza Gate, the masterpiece of Indo-Muslim art (built in 1311), and two mosques, including the Quwwatu'l-Islam, the oldest in northern India, built of materials reused from some 20 Brahman temples.
day 3 - Delhi - Mandawa (280 Kms / 7 Hrs)

After breakfast, bid farewell to Mandawa as your head to Pushkar. This ancient city, nestled amidst the hills, is a popular destination for tourists and devotees alike. Explore the mystical aura of Pushkar as you visit the sacred Pushkar Lake and the famous Brahma Temple, dedicated to Lord Brahma, the creator of the universe. If you’re looking for a quiet place in Jodphur head to Jaswant Thada, popularly known as the ‘Taj Mahal of Marwar’. This architectural landmark was built in 1899 by Maharaja Sardar Singh of Jodhpur State, in memory of his father, Maharaja Jaswant Singh I. Built from intricately carved marble sheets and boasting some beautifully carved marble latticework, the impeccable design and architecture are symbolic of the fine craftsmanship of a bygone era. Beautiful sculptures, carved gazebos and frescos characterise the cenotaph, with the tiered garden offering superb views across to the fort and over the city.
day 7 - Jodhpur – Udaipur
After breakfast embark on a scenic drive to Udaipur. There will be an optional stop en route stop at Ranakpur to visit the awe-inspiring Chaumukha Mandir (Four-Faced Temple). This Jain temple is a masterpiece of architecture, with its 1444 intricately carved pillars and exquisite craftsmanship. Continue to Udaipur, often called the \"City of Lakes.\" Upon arrival, check in to the hotel. and enjoy the rest of the day at your leisure.

If you’re looking for a quiet place in Jodphur head to Jaswant Thada, popularly known as the ‘Taj Mahal of Marwar’. Next, we'll visit the beautiful Jagdish Temple, a 16th-century temple dedicated to Lord Vishnu. This temple is the largest and most splendid in Udaipur, offering a glimpse into the city's religious heritage. As we drive past Fateh Sagar Lake, we'll make a stop at Sahelion-ki-Bari, also known as the Garden of the Maids-of-Honor. This enchanting garden boasts delicately chiseled kiosks, fountains, and elephants in its four pools. It's the perfect place to soak in the serene beauty of Udaipur.

day 9 - Udaipur – Bundi
This morning depart on a scenic drive to Bundi. This captivating town will mesmerize you with its narrow lanes, Brahmin-blue houses, lakes, hills, bazaars, and temples at every turn. Bundi's highlight is it's fantastical palace, rising from the hillside with faded parchment cupolas and loggias. It's like stepping into a magical world frozen in time. Upon arrival, you'll check into the hotel. This afternoon, enjoy a walking tour of Bundi. You’ll visit one of the most beautiful step-wells in town and explore the vibrant and characteristic marketplaces. The walk will culminate at the Garh Palace, also known as Bundi Palace, a partly decaying edifice that seems to grow out of the rock. Inside, you'll be captivated by the fabulous turquoise-and-gold murals, the palace's chief treasure. Take your time to absorb the magical atmosphere of this historical gem.

day 11 - Jaipur
Today you will tour Jaipur. Your first stop is the magnificent Amer Fort, surrounded by fortified battlements and situated on a ridge just outside the city. This 17th-century fort, initiated by Maharaja Mansingh, offers a fascinating glimpse into the past with its impressive design and decoration. You'll have the opportunity to tour the chambers and hallways and marvel at the architectural brilliance. Next, you'll make a photo stop at the iconic Hawa Mahal, also known as the Palace of Winds. Its unique pyramidal facade and intricate latticed windows make it a true architectural wonder. We'll also visit Birla Temple, a modern temple made of pure white marble dedicated to Lord Vishnu and Goddess Lakshmi. It showcases Hindu symbols and ancient quotes, creating a serene atmosphere. This evening, you'll have the chance to learn the art of turban tying and saree draping, immersing yourself in the traditional attire and customs of India.

See the City Palace Museum, which has a superb collection of Rajasthani costumes, and an armoury of Mughals and Rajputs including swords of different shapes and sizes with chiselled handles. It also has an art gallery with an excellent collection of miniature paintings, carpets, royal paraphernalia and rare astronomical works in Arabic, Persian, Latin and Sanskrit.

It was built (1728-34) by king astrologer Jai Singh II. The instruments are built of stone with marble facing the important plains for measuring the harmony of the heavens. Each instrument serves a particular function and each gives an accurate reading.

Commissioned by Emperor Shah Jahan in the 15th century, this architectural masterpiece was built as a tribute to his beloved wife. Prepare to be awestruck by the Taj's exquisite craftsmanship and perfect proportions. Upon arrival in Agra, check-in to the hotel and enjoy the rest of the day at your leisure, soaking in the ambiance of this remarkable city.

This magnificent fortified ancient city, 40 km west of Agra, was the short-lived capital of the Mughal empire between 1572 and 1585, during the reign of Emperor Akbar. Fatehpur Sikri with its grand monuments still narrates the tales of its glory days. Being at the centre of many power shifts, Fatehpur Sikri and its neighbouring regions have seen the influence of multiple cultures, which is still evident in the structures erected during those times. it is a collection of some stunning architectural marvels of Mughal architecture, monuments like Buland Darwaza, Panch Mahal, Diwan-i-Khas and Diwan-e-Aam.
day 13 - Agra – Delhi –
Rise early to witness the enchanting beauty of the Taj Mahal at sunrise (closed on Fridays). As the sun casts its gentle light upon this magnificent monument, experience the awe-inspiring transformation of colors. The Taj Mahal is considered the pinnacle of Mughal art in India, a jewel of Muslim art. It's a sight that words cannot fully capture—truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience. Afterward, return to the hotel for breakfast before departing back to Delhi, to Indira Gandhi International Airport, where you'll be able to check in for your onward flight, bidding farewell to the enchanting wonders of India

Begin your tour with a visit to the Itmad-Ud-Daulah monument, known as the "Baby Taj", the first Mughal structure that was entirely built from marble. Later, we will discover the Agra Fort, another UNESCO World Heritage Site developed and added to between the 16th and 17th centuries by successive rulers of the Mughal Dynasty. The fort was built primarily as a military structure, but Shah Jahan upgraded it to a palace before it became his gilded prison for 8 years after his son Aurangzeb seized power. The elegant building inside reflects an interesting synthesis of Hindu and Central Asian architectural styles.
