day 1 - Delhi arrival
We will meet you at the airport in Delhi and transfer you to your hotel. Stay overnight at your hotel in Delhi.
day 2 - Delhi sightseeing tour
Your sightseeing tour of Delhi starts after breakfast. Visit Old Delhi and see Red Fort, Jama Masjid and Rajghat. Then head for New Delhi and see India Gate, Parliament House, Hyumayun’s Tomb, Qutub Minar and the Lotus Temple. Stay overnight at your hotel in Delhi.
day 3 - Delhi – Jaipur
Leave Delhi for Jaipur after breakfast. Check into your hotel on arrival. You have a sightseeing tour of Jaipur today when you will see the highlights of the city including City Place Jaipur and Jantar Mantar Observatory. Stay overnight in Jaipur.
day 4 - Jaipur sightseeing tour continues
Your sightseeing tour of Jaipur continues after breakfast. See Amber Fort, Jal Mahal Hawa Mahal and the Albert Hall Museum. Enjoy your dinner with a traditional dance performance.
day 5 - Jaipur – Agra
Proceed to Agra after breakfast. En route, see the deserted Mughal city of Fatehpur Sikri as well as Panch Mahal and Jodha Bai Palace. Check into your hotel in Agra on arrival. You are free for the rest of the day.
day 6 - Agra (morning visit to Taj Mahal) – Varanasi (by overnight train)
Visit the Taj Mahal in the morning and see sunrise from there. Return to your hotel for breakfast. You are free in the afternoon. Head for the station in the evening and hop on the train to Agra. Stay overnight in the train (air-conditioned sleeper berth).
day 7 - Varanasi
Meet our representative on deboarding the train in Varanasi and transfer to your hotel for check-in. Witness the grand aarti ceremony performed by several priests on the ghats of the River Ganges in the evening.
day 8 - Varanasi boat ride and Sarnath visit
Enjoy a boat ride in the River Ganges in the morning. See numerous temples alongside the river and learn more about Hinduism. Walk down the narrow streets of Varanasi and see the Kashi Vishwanath Temple. Then transfer to your hotel for breakfast.
Proceed to Sarnath next. See Buddhist monuments and edifices like Dhamek Stupa, Chaukhandi Stupa and Sarnath Museum. Return to your hotel in Varanasi after that.
day 9 - Varanasi – Delhi (by flight)
Transfer to Varanasi airport for your flight to Delhi (not included in the tour price). On arrival at Delhi airport, meet our representative and transfer to your hotel. You are free for the rest of the day.
day 10 - Delhi departure
We will drive you to the airport for your flight home.
