These guys are the best cant thank them enough for the service they provided !!!
The 12 day base camp trek was the perfect amount of time for me. Everything was well organized, and I didn’t have to worry about flights, accommodations or meals, allowing me to focus on what I really came to see, the Himalayas and the culture with in it. This trip did NOT disappoint! I definitely recommend and would not hesitate booking again.
The team went above and beyond during my stay in Nepal. Their extraordinary service is one of the main reasons why I will come back to Nepal in the near future for another tour. I did the Everest Base Camp tour and the guide was fantastic. They were with me throughout the whole process, even when I had symptoms of altitude sickness. I cannot recommend them enough! Just book the tour!
This was our second trip to Nepal and the Khumbu region with this tour company. We used Dipak and the team again because we were super happy with our last trip up to the Lobuche East Peak. We've built a good relationship with the team and some of the Sherpa climbing guides and will continue to use this company to do future trips and peak climbing in Nepal.
The trek was very well organized by the local operator. Dipak is very prompt with whatever questions we had all throughout the trek. We had especially insisted on attached bathrooms, and were delivered what we were promised. He made sure our stay was comfortable from the beginning up to the end. The prices quoted by him are reasonable and value for money. Our guide Gyeljan kept us safe. He was very entertaining and made sure we had a great time. I recommend him completely. He really lifted up our moods when we were tired. Safety and comfort are key in any trip. We were given utmost safety and comfort possible. I sincerely recommend this operator for touring and trekking in Nepal.
A successful trek through Nepal with the local tour operator! It was our very first experience of this sort and we had many queries and concerns for the trek. Dipak was very efficient and responsive in every aspect. He was true to his word to all that he had promised to provide us with. Especially attached toilets to the rooms. Also when we suddenly decided a helicopter ride back from gorakshep, he immediately got us the best deal. There was never a delay or wait for pickup or drop. Dipak was very efficient in replying to messages and calls instantly. Provided an experienced guide, Gyeljan with his entertaining and cheerful nature. All this was given at a reasonable price! I would surely and highly recommend this operator to everyone who’s looking for a satisfactory experience. Me myself would surely book from it for any future expeditions.
Special thanks to Mr. Dipak Lamichhane my guide and the porter Umesh who were all very professional. I was taken care of from the arrival at the airport in Kathmandu till my departure back to Italy. An amazing experience when you deal with professional and experienced people.
We finished our 12 day EBC/Kala Patthar trek yesterday and had such a great experience. We are two young girls and had a third lady join us on our trip, who we met on the way to the airport. The day before our trek, we met the owner of our local tour operator, Dipak, to go over some points and so he could answer any queries we had. He was attentive and also gave us some good advice on what to expect during the trek. We since learnt that Dipak was a porter and then guide himself for 15 years, so his knowledge and expertise is great. We had to take a four hour bus journey to Ramechhap at 2.30am the next morning. This was a little frustrating as we had hoped to fly out of Kathmandu, and the roads to Ramechhap airport were bumpy (as well as a little dangerous at night as the driver weaves through the thin mountain roads quite quickly) therefore, sleep was impossible. Having to fly from Ramechhap was out of our operator's hands and everybody we met had done the same - just forewarning that it is not the nicest journey! Once we got to Lukla Airport, we began our short day 1 walk. We had a temporary guide for this day as our trip guide was finishing off a previous trip. He didnt speak great English but as it was only for a few hours it didnt really matter. That evening we met our guide and the next morning the trek really began. Our guide was Ananta and he was really great. We had such a fun time with him and it was like being with a friend most of the time. His knowledge of the areas was unparalleled, and he was extremely attentive in making sure everybody was feeling okay. We often had a laugh and a joke with Ananta during the walks as well as in the evenings, and there was a real team spirit by the end of the trip which was lovely. On the day we were supposed to depart back to Kathmandu, we heard bad weather was rolling in due to a cyclone from India and flights back would likely be cancelled that day. It was urgent we got back because we had our international flight home early the next morning. Both Ananta as well as the flight lady at the Lukla teahouse were amazing. We got to the airport 4 hours before our scheduled flight time to see if they could squeeze us on an earlier flight (we knew all flights would be cancelled by the time we were due to depart). Both the flight lady and Ananta were relentless with airport staff to get us on a plane and it was immensely appreciated. We did indeed get a flight back to Kathmandu (well, Ramechhap), and learnt that our flight was the second to last to depart, and all were cancelled after that - so very lucky!! Once back in Kathmandu, we had a good rest and then met Ananta, the other lady in our group and Dipak for a farewell meal of authentic Chinese food - which was fantastic. Dipak was genuinely interested in obtaining feedback on how to be better and clearly appreciates what is important to people when doing a trip such as this. Overall such a great, memorable trip!
A speciale thanks to Mr. Dipak Lamichhane my guide Dipak, the porter Umesh for the most memorable trekking of my life. I was taken care of from the biginning till the end. Dhanyabad
What an adventure! I could not have asked for a better guide than Anil. He was kind, patient, and really knowledgeable about the area and the spiritual aspect of the mountains. I would recommend this local operator to anyone who wants to hike to Everest.
If you love Treking and love yoga these are your guys! They showed me more in 12 days than I learned in years of doing yoga at a studio in Los ngeles!!! These guys out on a great tour; well planned, full days, great lodging and amazing instructors. I would recommend to anyone.
It's was a personal challenge. Wasn't confident we can ascend Everest Base Camp. So we need an experienced and a trusted tour planner to help us. Mr. Deepak, Owner of our tour agency, was the difference. His team is really knowledgeable and helpful - guiding us with useful tips and sharing with us the rich Nepalese history along the climb. Mr. Deepak checked in on our progress frequently. Our operator made the difference! We made it to Everest Base Camp successful - it was lesser tougher than we anticipated :) Thanks Mr. Deepak for the memorable and wonderful experience.
After a rocky start due to bad weather in Lukla, our group had a great trek. Poor visibility prevented us from flying into Lukla for 4 days (so give yourself some wiggle room), after which we helicoptered in. Our guide, Nirmal, helped us condense the trek from 12 days to 9 days so that we could still make our international flights home. Nirmal and Suneal, one of the porters, were fantastic every step of the way and ensured that everyone in the group had a great time. The trek was absolutely beautiful.
This was a spectacular trip. When people ask me about it, I say "GO!" You will not be disappointed. The trek was incredible. My guide and m porter were professional and knowledgeable. I traveled to Nepal alone, and as a single female traveler, safety was a priority to me. I felt safe at all times and enjoyed every aspect of the trek. The cultural experience, the food, people, and natural beauty can not be described accurately in words. It's an amazing place, and a trip I will repeat for certain.
