All of my tour guides (Guillermo/Wlliam and Marcos) were very professional and extremely helpful. Our driver Mariano was very effective and skillful. I always was feeling safe.

This tour was beyond what I could have imagined. While it is a very fast paced tour, you get to see many things and try a variety of activities and food in so many different cities and countries. I specifically enjoyed the different cruises and guided tours through the cities. The tour guides are so helpful and fun and guide you through the cities, recommending affordable places to eat and shop, the best food and souvenirs of each city, and answering general questions.

Through this tour, I managed to make lots of a new friends with people all around the world and had fun exploring different European cities. The bus ride was clean and comfortable with responsible driver.

Overall quite satisfied with Europamundos services, guides are friendly and we had a safe and enjoyable trip.Even though sometimes I wish we had more time in the particular area as there is stil so much more to explore. It is safer to go with them especially if you are solo travelling, would definitely consider using them again in the near future.

Overall, the trip was good but the schedule was slightly tight.

The guides Williams and Hugo were excellent, i give extra credit to Hugo for his friendliness with everyone. Sometimes the free time we got for lunch was not enough due to crowds in restaurants. overall had a nice time traveling with europamundo.

Overall a good experience...

Javier our tour guide was very helpful through out the trip providing useful guidance and recommendations that helped to make the trip so much better. He was very engaging and always maintained a professional behavior One of the challenges during the trip though was the early schedule on some of the days which didn’t allow for much rest. Some other visits during the trip were quite unnecessary, like the 7am visit to the scenic town on the first day in Germany. The town was basically still asleep and we were woken up super early and drop off at the town center with nothing to do. That time could have been better used resting and starting with other activities later in the day.

It was fun and exciting. I have to take more pictures of those beautiful places.

The tour manager and local guides were very good and fluent in English.The hotels included were very nice and the breakfast spread was nice.

The trip was excellent.

The Schonbrunn Castle visit was too short, only 45 minutes was allowed for the visit. It was very difficult to look through the beautiful garden.

Budapest,Hungary and Prague,Czech are the most beautiful countries.

I ‘m very happy during my trips

The overall trip was very good for my vacation, except the hotel Amedia Amsterdam Hotel. After I came back from the daily trip, my room was not cleaned up at all. The hotel informed that the room will not be cleaned up on the second day of stay. Everything not changed including removal of waste, no new towels.

Positives: Our guide Dioni was amazing She was very friendly and provided us great information, she even went out of her way to take us to the famous perfume store in Cologne. She made the trip such a positive experience. I really enjoyed the cruises organised for us and was happy that we were given a local guide in each city. I enjoyed the tours around the cities, and also loved attending the concert in Vienna optional activity, and the cheese factory in Amsterdam. Overall I really enjoyed the trip and felt it was a great way to travel around Europe and see the major sites in the cities we visited. The bus was very comfortable. Negatives: Our other guide Monsie was quite cold and disengaged. I believe she told a fellow passenger to go away when they asked her a question. Monsie also left a passenger behind on a day trip as he was not at the bus on time. She did not tell us there was wifi on the bus. However, she did provide good information. I was disappointed that not all the optional activities listed on the website were available. I also felt that the quality of the hotels differed a lot. Some were really nice and others were small airport hotels far away from the main city. I wish we could have had longer in each city, it was quite rushed.

Being in the tour industry myself, I found the trip very good. Enjoyed it very muchl

All the tourists attractions we have been to were great, I am particularly fascinated with the building architecture of Netherlands and the castles in Germany. I was a bit anxious about the driving of the first bus driver we had. I was more comfortable with the 2nd driver.
