City sight seeing - Panoramic tours arent great, use of local guides should be more in city highlights. walking tours / hop on -off tours should be more. Berlin visit was a failure. wastage of 2 days. If any local events are arranged in the city then accordingly itinerary should be modified so that we dont feel cheated.

Europamundo caters to mostly Spanish speaking tourists. The tour bus we were in were filled with folks from Latin America. The tour guides are from Madrid so of course they prefer the Spanish speaking over the English speaking tourists. Most of the time, when the tour guides get to translate into English, we already passed the landmark that they were talking about. I just wish they could have split the group and the bus between English and Spanish speaking. It is not only the language barrier but also the culture differences that they have to consider. Also, the meeting point in Amsterdam is way too far. The tour guide could have arranged the meeting point to be in the city center. Not all tourists are tech savvy and has good orientation to go back to where the bus is parked.

So many fun add on options, loved that we were able to spend more nights in one hostel, accommodations were very clean and comfortable. Loved my trip manager. Food was delicious and filling. Would do the whole thing again in a heartbeat. If anyone is nervous to book this trip or is hesitant for any reason, don't be, you will never regret it.

This was an amazing trip! The people, the places, made it all great. I feel like we had a good amount of time in each place and I feel like I definitely saw much more than I would have if I was on my own. My trip manager () was great he was very knowledgeable and made the trip super fun!

They did a wonderful job of organizing and supporting our bicycle adventure from Vienna to Budapest. The hotels were wonderful and the breakfast's amazing. Having not only GPS directions, but accompanying written directions and maps made our tour a breeze. Communication before and during the trip was excellent.

Fabulous and easy even for non cyclists (hire an e-bike though). Trip notes of 30 pages long were not all that helpful and needs to include a simple list of toilets stops, cafes and key sights. It’s easy to use the phone app and also work out which side of the river you should be on.

Tour was well organised to ensure we had a taste of all popular tourist attractions, the tour leader (Callum Piper) worked hard to ensure we had the best experience. The coach driver (Sonny) was very skilled and made us all feel safe, nothing was too much trouble and he always had a smile. Would not recommend this tour to anyone with injuries.

Total whirlwind. Saw all the highlights of the 28 cities/regions we visited across, I think, 15 countries in 22 days. Tour was well organized and excursions were fun and allowed us to experience more of the culture. Lots of early mornings and late nights but that was expected. Sonny was an incredible driver, friendly, prompt, engaging and kind. Our tour leader, Callum ‘Blinky’ Pyper was friendly, full of historical and local knowledge, patient and kind. We couldn’t have asked for better people to guide us on the tour. Our fellow passengers were an eclectic fun mix of nationalities and cultures which made the trip even more enjoyable.

I can't recommend this trip enough. Having twice done its predecessor in Seefeld and also its sister summer trip, I had high expectations and wasn't disappointed. The scenery is spectacular, the hotel comfortable, the food excellent - we worked our way through a long list of Austrian and Tyrolean specialities each evening. Cosy Gasthauses and sunny terraces provided perfect surroundings for lunching on soup and strudel, a cable car gave stunning views over the lake and the more adventurous of us (not me!) took the chance to try toboganning down from one afternoon cake stop. Plenty of options for the free day - visiting Innsbruck was popular with our group though I went for the snow-shoeing over the pass in a blizzard option, fabulous but exhausting. And card games full of laughter and banter after dinner rounded off each day.

A wonderful trip on perfectly manicured cycle path and very very flat, short hops each day and its an ideal beginners trip, a couple of bike ferry crossings which break the day up and the ferry goes when you get there and if you miss it then its back in ten minutes. Hotels were of a good standard and a real mix and match and you just never sure what you going to get or if any of the people whos on your trip will be there or not as they seem to put everyone in different hotels if possible. weather wasn't great when we were there and some nasty wind and rain, and i imagine this would have been even better in nice weather, Please note its self guided and not run by the tour operator and the company werent even to sure who the operator was, but it still all went smooth.

Travel Director, Coach Driver, and the local professional guides for the optional experiences were all top quality. was excellent as our Director for accomplishing all of the details and logistics demanded of the many experiences occurring in each of the daily itinerary offerings. The quality of customer service and satisfaction is never an accident but the result of intelligent effort to meet the details required each and every time. was outstanding in making this group experience exceptional for our forty-three member group. Let me explain in detail: Our group diversity consisted of three multiple member families; five couples along with ten single women attendees; five different countries were represented speaking in four different languages. Trafalgar’s twenty plus multifaceted optional experience generates a logical nightmare for any Travel Director to accomplish for the eighteen day journey. The success of every trip begins with the Travel Director who serves as the facilitator of the process for accomplishing each detail of a multiple offering. Having served in a forty-two year career involving health care, customer service, education training and event management you recognize excellence when it is experienced. met and exceeded those daily challenges and made our trip for those in our group an outstanding one that will always be remembered. The itineary was a breath taking experience. The travel director takes care of you from day 1 ensuring you maxmize your time to capture points of interest in all countries. There's a nice balance of down time to explore on your own and having guided tours. The places we visited were magnificent and the local experts really knew their history and enjoyed sharing their knowledge about their home with us The accommodations were top notch!

Everything went very smoothly which is what we have come to expect with these trips. The accomodation was of a good standard and hosts generally friendly and helpful. The routes took us through some spectacular scenery and were true to form according to the rating with most being challenging and a couple of more moderate days. We recommend using the GPX files as well as the notes. Overall a great trip!
