It's pretty much exactly as described. This trip is all about the highlights of these countries. You're not seeing much off the beaten track, but you are going with a very experienced guide who knows the areas and their history like the back of their hand.
The trip was pretty fast paced but we had a couple of days in between to relax and enjoy areas at our own pace. My friend who joined me on the tour and I had an absolute blast. We're both 25 and the youngest in the group by approximately 30 years, but by the end it made no difference at all and we all got on very well.
Honestly, a great first experience of Southeast Asia, we stayed in beautiful accommodation, everything went so smoothly and nothing went wrong. Loved it.

I did the 12 day tour of Vietnam and I cant recommend it enough! It was amazing to see so many different places (Hanoi, Ninh Binh, Hoi An, Ho Chi Minh). Our leader Lauren was brilliant, she is so helpful and knowledgeable about everywhere we visited. She was also just great fun! Cant wait to do another intro tour in the future.

I can’t imagine navigating Vietnam without Diem. The trip was incredibly organized.. starting with Diem meeting us at the airport, to the lovely hotels, flights, transportation reservations, etc. We also appreciated the tips on local cuisine shopping and sightseeing. I highly recommend the upgrade if you can afford it. We hope more upgraded Explorer trips become available.

The cuisine is delightful and this Explore trip gives you an insight into the preparation of the local food.
The flora is very colourful, but bird watchers will be very disappointed. There is more birdsong in my garden than two weeks in Vietnam.
The Vietnamese are extremely friendly and helpful. The traffic is daunting.

I highly recommended intro, this is my 2nd tour and I am just about to start my next Cambodia tour with them too

Ive done 3 trips with intro and loved them all, but my most recent one with Jabs and Sophie in Vietnam was especially memorable. The trip was very well organised and we covered a lot of sight seeing, activities etc. Jabs and Sophie were always full of energy and happy to help with anything and everything. I would 100% recommend intro tours if you enjoy travelling!

They coordinated really efficiently and provided competent services. There are no mistakes on the tour, which I enjoyed. All of the hotels were in central locations, making it easy for us to walk about or find local restaurants. The daily trips were scheduled on time, and transportation was comfortable. We traveled from the north to the south of Vietnam. Visiting many famous and beautiful sights, including Hanoi, Halong Bay, Pu Luong, the Golden Bridge, Ho Chi Minh, and the Mekong Delta. This was indeed a fantastic tour.
