day 1Hanoi arrival & day tour

Welcome to Hanoi, the capital of Vietnam. Our local guide will receive you at Noi Bai Airport and drive you to your hotel in the centre of the city. It takes 35 minutes to drive from the airport to the centre of Hanoi.
Go our on a cyclo tour of the city late in the afternoon. Travel through the fascinating network of narrow alleys known as the 36 Streets, where each street is named after the merchandise traditionally sold there.
Drop by at the Ngoc Son Temple located on the Hoan Kiem Lake. Why not end the day with an entertaining water puppetry show. There is a welcome dinner at a fine-dining restaurant after that. Stay overnight in Hanoi.

The booking porocess was easy, and customer service was responsive. I contacted 4 companies about the tour I was interested in. Two of the companies I contacted didn't answer me at all. One of them was basically a chatbot that said "do it yourself." Only bookmundi had human agents to help.
