Absolutely wonderful experience climbing Kilimanjaro. From pre-tour planning at home to be picked up and dropped off at the airport and everything in between was well managed. Our guide made us feel as if we were his family and took good care of us. Even the meals prepared during the climb were delicious. We are glad that he led us to Kili and back. I recently had a trip on 10th September, 2025 and was one of the most attractive and lovely
trip I had ever since, because they are well-organized with well trained, punctual and knowledgeable tour guides. I booked a 4-day travel package to the coastal region through their office and from the beginning everything was handled professionally and friendly. The company arranged my transportation, accommodation and my all daily activities, making my trip more interesting and enjoyable.
The journey began early in the morning, with a comfortable tour Bus that was neat, air-conditioned and well-maintained and
serviced. Along the way the tour guide shared many interesting facts about the different places we went through, which made the long trip more enjoyable and unforgettable. When we arrived at our destination, the company had already reserved our hotel rooms and check-in was quick and easy.
Each day of the trip had a well-planned travel plan. We visited popular tourist attractions, including historical sites, beaches, and local markets that were available there. One of the favorite moments was the visit to a marine park, where we took a boat ride and saw dolphins, shark, Star fish. The tour guide was very knowledgeable and friendly, he was making sure always everyone was comfortable and having a good time on the trip.
The company also included group activities for example evening beach walks, cultural dances, and traditional dinners, which made experience even more memorable and unforgettable. I was really impressed by how organized everything was because
transportation was always on time, meals were delicious and safety measures were strictly followed.
What stood out most was the company’s attention to detail and care for their clients. They constantly checked in to ensure that we were satisfied and even provided assistance for anyone with special needs. To be honest I had a wonderful experience travelling with the travel team. Their excellent planning, friendly staff, and commitment to customer satisfaction made the

My husband and I decided to climb Kilimanjaro as part of our honeymoon trip to Tanzania. Our tour operator was absolutely brilliant from the word go! Our team, and especially our guides, Rashid and Osmani, went above and beyond to help us reach the summit. They were so friendly, professional and every detail was taken care of - including providing hot water bottles for our sleeping bags in the cold nights. Our guides were only too happy to show us extra insight about the mountain, as well as teaching us some Swahili! We couldn't have made it to the summit without their help and support. All 7 members of the team (porters,chef, waiter, guides) were keen to meet us and even performed a song for us, which was really moving. Although we spent less time with the porters and chef team, when we did see them they were always smiling and keen to talk to us, and did all their tasks with enthusiasm. The level of customer service we experienced was outstanding and we cant think of anything that could have been improved. We will have amazing memories of this trip, thank you so much!! We have just returned from our unforgettable Adventure which was organized by this tour operator. Each day of our safari was amazing, We had a brilliant guide who knows where and when to see the best animals on action and he even speaks a very fluent English and he took care of us from the day one to the last day of our safari.
During the safari you will spend a lot of time with your guide so it’s very important to have a guide to explain to you, make jokes and tell you more of his country, Culture and history and we were very like to have Herman as our guide.
The meals was amazing and we got served hot lunches on lunchtime and our jeep was filled with plenty of Water, Wines, Beer and Soda, we saw lot of other tourists having their cold packed food.
Through Herman we learnt a lot about Animals, Cultures, He never rushed and allowed us to take many beautiful pictures as much as we wanted. We saw all the Big Five and the rest of other wild animals like antelopes, giraffes and birds.
The roads are not good so prepare yourselves for a free African Massage as Daudi the Manager told us during the briefing.
Also trust their selection of lodges and am sure you will never regret, Daudi suggested to us Ngorongoro Serena, Intimate Camp, Mara Luxury Lodge and Four seasons. Those lodges are expensive but unlike others the tour company prepared a proposal with reasonable price while other International agencies charged us more and more.
