day 1 - Arusha to Tarangire National Park
After breakfast, drive to Tarangire National Park for a full day of wildlife viewing. Because it is one of Tanzania's lesser-known parks, it retains its true safari feel. The mountainous terrain is beautiful, with Baobab trees spread against the blue sky. The world's biggest concentration of elephants may be seen here. Around the Tarangire River, herds of up to 300 elephants can be observed drinking or taking a mud bath. Aside from elephants, Tarangire is a birder's heaven. Lions, leopards, cheetahs, and even tree-climbing pythons can be seen in the region around the wetlands.

day 2 - Karatu to Serengeti National Park
After breakfast, we head towards Serengeti National Park via the farmland of Karatu and the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Leaving the highlands behind, we descend into the heart of wild Africa – the Serengeti – with its endless plains, rolling into the distance as far as the eye can see.
We head to the central park area, known as the Seronera area, one of the richest wildlife habitats in the park, featuring the Seronera River, which provides a valuable water source to this area and therefore attracts wildlife well representative of most of the Serengeti’s species. We arrive in time for lunch and enjoy an afternoon game drive in the park

day 3 - Full day game drive: Tracking the wildebeests
Today you continue your safari in Serengeti National Park. The stunning landscapes in the park are seen in some of the most impressive nature documentaries. The endless plains and abundance of wildlife are unsurpassed.
The annual wildebeest migration with more than a million wildebeest is probably the highlight of the Serengeti. Together with your private guide, you will be looking for the herds across the plains. Apart from the migratory animals, you will also get to see lots of other animals, like lions, cheetahs, leopards, and many more. Expect to be impressed by the natural beauty of Africa’s most famous park.
If you like to watch wildlife from another perspective, we recommend you to go on an optional (extra) balloon safari. It is an amazing experience to drift silently above the plains with herds of wildlife.

day 4 - Full day game drive: Tracking the wildebeests
Today you will enjoy another full-day game drive as you travel between the Northern and Central Serengeti. Today you have the flexibility to create your own itinerary – spend another full day in the Northern Serengeti before driving to the Central Serengeti or enjoy a half-day game drive in the North and a half-day game drive in the Central

day 5 - From Serengeti - Ngorongoro Crater to Arusha
Today you will be rewarded with a full-day game drive in the spectacular Ngorongoro Crater, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
The Crater is famous for Africa’s best game viewing as there is an ever-present abundance of wildlife due to the permanent water supply on the crater floor. You will descend 610 meters into the Crater where your safari truly begins. Spot the endangered black rhino, wildebeest, buffalo, zebra, eland, Grant’s and Thomson’s gazelle and giant tusked elephants plus lions, leopards, cheetahs, and scavengers such as spotted hyenas, jackals, and wild dogs. Over 500 species of birds have been recorded within the Ngorongoro Conservation Area
Visit a Maasai Village in the Ngorongoro Highlands (optional) where you will meet the Elders, Warriors, women & children & learn about the culture, beliefs & traditions of Tanzania’s last nomadic tribe.
In the late afternoon, you will return to Arusha.

Unforgettable Adenture
We have just returned from our unforgettable Adventure which was organized by this tour operator. Each day of our safari was amazing, We had a brilliant guide who knows where and when to see the best animals on action and he even speaks a very fluent English and he took care of us from the day one to the last day of our safari. During the safari you will spend a lot of time with your guide so it’s very important to have a guide to explain to you, make jokes and tell you more of his country, Culture and history and we were very like to have Herman as our guide. The meals was amazing and we got served hot lunches on lunchtime and our jeep was filled with plenty of Water, Wines, Beer and Soda, we saw lot of other tourists having their cold packed food. Through Herman we learnt a lot about Animals, Cultures, He never rushed and allowed us to take many beautiful pictures as much as we wanted. We saw all the Big Five and the rest of other wild animals like antelopes, giraffes and birds. The roads are not good so prepare yourselves for a free African Massage as Daudi the Manager told us during the briefing. Also trust their selection of lodges and am sure you will never regret, Daudi suggested to us Ngorongoro Serena, Intimate Camp, Mara Luxury Lodge and Four seasons. Those lodges are expensive but unlike others the tour company prepared a proposal with reasonable price while other International agencies charged us more and more. Always book your safari with a local agency like this one as we did for affordable prices. Save yourself the time we spent and Choose Meijo Safaris. We would definitely recommend this tour and the tour company for unforgettable adventures.
Well Organized, A Wonderful trip in Tanzania
My Wife and I would like to thank you all for preparing a wonderful experience in Tanzania for us, we have a lot to say but we would just mention few. Communication was very fast and reliable and this is the first reason which convinced us to book this safari with you, Daudi answered al of our questions and always happy whenever we do a video call... Thank you so much Daudi. Tour Plan: We received few quotes from other agency but unlike others Daudi customized a tour plan which was even out of our plans and after some video calls he told us why he proposed to us a 9 days safari instead of a 6 days which we wanted from the beginning and to be honesty the experience was awesome we never got tired driving around as it was well planned. Price: As i said before we received quotes from different agencies with higher price and when we saw the safari cost from this company we couldn't believe it. Through communication and reading some reviews, we finally decided to book with this company and it helped us to save a lot during the plan. Accommodation: None of the accommodation selected by Daudi was from our plan but we were amazed by the quality of services we received from all the lodges we slept, from Melia, Serena and Intimate Camps. Always allow them to advice you on accommodations as they know better than us do not go with the flow of reviews just trust them as we did and you will never regret. Guide: Our guide was so amazing and professional with eagle eyes, he could see animals and birds from miles away and very knowledgeable. It's very important to have a very knowledgeable and caring guide as you spend a lot of time with him so if he doesn't know much about flora and fauna you will get bored. Our guide Mr Michael deserves a star and an award :) Jeep: Our Jeep was very clean, big and Comfortable, filled with beer, wine and coffee just for us. Hot Lunch instead of Lunchboxes, yes, during our safari we saw lots of tourists having a cold packed lunches from the boxes but for us it was different we had hot meals during lunch times. Why you should book with this compay: Book with them because they know you save a lot to come to Africa and they know its once a life time experience, and they do their best to make sure it's unforgettable experience to you and your loved ones. During our calls with him we asked Daudi why we should book with you and those are the words he told and it's true we had a life time experience filled with unforgettable experience. Fantastic Tanzania Safari
My Husband and I we went on a safari with this tour operator and was an excellent safari from the beginning to the end. it took us 3 months to finalize our itinerary with them, In addition to their in-depth knowledge, we also love that they listen to their clients, take the time to chat about our trip with us as much as we want, and then make suggestions based on what we feel would be best for us. We are also thankful that Daudi is always looking for the best deal that is within our budget and provides the best value for money. We had a an incredible guide, his name is Herman. There aren’t enough adjectives to describe how amazing Herman is. He’s an exceptional guide. He puts his guests’ safety first. He knows everything there is to know about animals. Best African Adventure
We had unforgettable experience with this local travel specialist, we celebrated our honeymoon with a well-arranged itinerary. We had a chance to visit Tarangire, Serengeti, Ngororongoro and Lake Natron. We received an excellent service throughout our safari, the lodges was very nice and friendly and we also had many animals visiting near the lodges. Best Experience with the Best Company
We did our safari with this travel specialist and everything was well organised. Daudi the owner was very active and very open on answering all of questions. He also customised the best itinerary just from asking us few questions. Before the safari he met as at the hotel for briefing and dinner together. On the safari we had lots of suprises, the jeep was very clean and comfortable with books, binocular also Beers was in mine fridge inside the jeep and every evening after dinner we had one glass of a wine. The hot meals was served through out the safari. Our guides name was Mr Malissa he is very professional he couldn't blink his eyes, He wanted us to see every kind of animals at the end of the safari we saw so so many animals, he also verfunny and friendly, he taught as a lot about flora and fauna. We felt like we paid less for the service we got from the team. After safari Daudi came to meet us at the hotel to get the feedback. Thank you so much Daudi and Malissa.
