We were so impressed with how she made everyone feel that they were her favorites! Her "rotate bus seat" policy really helped the group to integrate well and group irritation was minimal due to her "be on time" policy - all communicated with the perfect blend of charm and honesty.

Rome is amazing! So much history. Wish the Vatican would have been included. I tried to purchase tickets on my own, but they were sold out. All the tour guides were fantastic! We stopped in Pompeii on the way to the Amalfi Coast. It was my favorite. It’s unbelievable they are still uncovering it. Our tour guide Francesco was very thoughtful and passionate. The Amalfi Coast is a gem! Beautiful clear water. Breathe taking! We stayed in Ravello. The cutest little town. We went to Sorrento, Positano, Capri and Minori all beautiful. Amazing experience! Big shout out to Cinzia, our local Italian tour manager for being the best person to help us understand this beautiful country!
