This was the first time I have used them and was not only highly satisfied but marveled at the efficiency of all the working parts. From the day I signed up for my Camino trip I received clear friendly instructions and feedback. One person was assigned my trip and answered questions, and provided feedback in a timely and always positive manner. I received specific instructions about hotels, the trail and how to prepare. When I began the trip it was a source of wonder that every hotel, every baggage pickup and delivery was flawless. My son and I enjoyed every location we stayed at and felt confident in our adventure because everything ran so smoothly. Thank you for making our Camino trip so memorable.

What a great trip. Well planned and the accommodation was great. Some places better than others but overall very good. Ride distances were good. Some terrain was a bit tricky and could have alternate routes but overall excellent!

Really well organised. All info before was useful. Luggage always arrived at the right hotel. Hotels varied which we actually enjoyed. Only one let us down. Cold room and no heating working. We arrived wet and exhausted after a day of heavy rain. Our clothes did not dry overnight. Disheartening. But we really liked Hotel Carlos (Melide) in comparison and also Hotel O Pino. Lovely people and excellent service.

Walking The Camino de Santiago was an absolute amazing experience that can not be described in a few sentences. One should make this journey and immerse themselves in the people, food, history, culture traditions and deeper connection with others. Highly recommend you do this at least once in your lives. Our guide Ester was phenomenal, providing great details on the trails, hidden gems along the way, and the best lunch and dinner locations; Explore is the only company that i could find that fulfills the milage requirements to get your Compostela Certified.

Our guide, Ester Galindo, was caring, considerate and kind as well as being professional, organised, knowledgeable and punctual. She could even recall if a specific hotel had bathrooms, despite there being so many in a single trip and with all her different tours. She was also fun!

Joined the Camino de Santiago trip on my first solo holiday. The holiday was well organised, the accommodation was good, some of it exceptional but most important of all was Ester, our guide. She looked after all of us. She was kind and open hearted. She turned what would have been a great holiday into a once in a lifetime experience, turning a bunch of strangers into a community. Can’t wait to do my next Explore trip!
