Rome Tours in April 2027

Our travel director and driver and , were exceptional! planning, attention to detail, and presentations of Italy's spectacular sights were impressive. Trafalgar's choices of hotels, restaurants, and tour guides were top-notch. Simone's tour through Rome was a special highlight. friendly and outgoing personality and an amazing group of travelers filled this trip with fabulous memories I will always cherish - even the giant bear we tried to win. HA! As a solo traveler, I was lucky to meet so many fun and friendly people I now count as friends. This was truly a trip of a lifetime and a true delight. I look forward to many more trips with Trafalgar.

If you are looking for a way to quickly see as much of Italy as possible, this is the perfect trip. We saw and experienced different cities and regions that gave us the perfect experience in each stop. Highly recommend you be able to walk and climb stairs over multiple days.

I said no to the question abt recommending the tour. I thought the tour was great ….but many on the tour thought the pace would be somewhat slower than average tours. It was explained on the tour that the tour was named by the fact only 3 hotels were used. A better explanation of the activity and daily walking need to be clarified as a few people on the tour could not fully participate as some had some mobility issues. One member of the group was injured due to her mobility issues. I enjoyed the tour very much.

It was very knowledgeable. Lots of history was told to us to our tour guide and the tour guys that we had. The itinerary was very fast paced, which was great because we knew that, but we were still able to see everything. The tour guide was unbelievably wonderful and the driver out of the bus was amazing.

The title ”Easy Pace” confused a number of people on our tour, who thought that meant that there wasn’t a lot of walking. One woman was constantly complaining because she felt like she had been misled by the title and she had some physical limitations that made all of the walking very difficult for her. Perhaps she has never traveled before because we thought it was obvious from the itinerary that there would be a lot of walking, but I’ve been to Europe a few times before and know that anytime you travel to a historical site. There will be a lot of walking on uneven surfaces. She was not the only person on the tourwho thought that easy pace that that the bus would be dropping her off right in front of the Colosseum..

This itinerary covered all the must sees in Italy. There were areas we went to that I never knew existed. I went with a tour many years ago in Italy,, however, this tour was so informative and memorable. I I wanted to take my mom to Italy and I did my research on different tours and I chose this one. She had a blast and that is very high in my book when she said she enjoyed it. We got very lucky with as our travel director. She treats you like family and is amazing. The picture I posted of the group has everyone smiling and it shows how happy we all were.
