Excellent

Our tour guide Will was super helpful and entertaining. There were so many highlights such as the Leaning Tower of Pisa, cruising along the Venice Canal and the Cinque Terra.

My trip to Europe by Europamundo is really a Time to Remember. Amazingly great Everything is in order, from my travel agency, information, documentation, daily itinerary, hotels, to transfers. We are well taking care of by our tour guide Julio and Javier, they’re the best Thank you Europamundo

We had a lovely time with Europamundo Was worried as we did read some negative reviews prior the trip and we did have a slight hiccups in the beginning but everything turn out well as the days goes. Was worried about whether i can understand the tour leaders english and it was a pleasent surprise that Javier speaks excellent English. Both Julio Javier gave good explantions and stories along the way and it definately makes the trip more interesting. Thumbs up

Excellent

This was our first time visiting Italy with our family of 5. We had a great time and squeezed as much out of each day as possible. The tour itinerary was really well planned to experience the sites, food and wine of Italy. Bus was very comfortable for travel and clean. We will travel with Expat again!

The trip in general was great However there were places that we visited that we found not worth the hours we spent there and there were places that we should have stayed longer but were allowed only 1.5- 2 hours only including the time for lunch/dinner. Longer time should be spent on main attractions.

Far too many things crammed into a day. Tour guide smokers and bus drivers made us feel sick . Smoked outside the bus, but they smelled in clothing when they got back in the bus.not pleasant for non smokers . English for some guides not great. Many very sick people on our bus. I said to Monserat that her duty of care for the whole bus means she must address sick persons to place a mask on their faces to protect others.by the end of the tour many people had contracted illnesses. Less places would have meant one could explore a little more leisurely , not rush to get back on a bus to move on .
