Everything is excellent except some hotels. Please make sure you select 5 star hotels for you to deserve 5 star over all rating. Miami tour guide and bus driver are excellent they deserve to get more than 5 stars..we had a good time. 👍👍

It was a non stop visiting of sites. You see a lot on this trip and there is a lot of walking so bring your walking shoes. The accommodations were mostly good hotels, the Rome hotel was a little far from any sites. I think I would have been just as happy with one less hotel.

Our tour took us to places we would never have known about to see on our own. Our tour director & bus driver were fantastic in their politeness, attentiveness & knowledge. The local tour guides were also very knowledgeable & worth the extra optional excursions. Insights tour coaches are roomy and comfortable. Seeing Italy & Sicily with the smaller group of 29 was fun as well as made for more personal encounters with our group. I would highly recommend going on an Insight tour.

This tour is not for a couple that is beyond 80 years old unless you're fit. There is a lot of walking and once you leave for the day it doesn't stop until you get back up to your room at about 10:00 pm. I really enjoyed the tour but by the end I was a little worn out. (but in a good way)

The Insight chosen restaurants were not very good. Not what we would typically have on these tours. This is our fifth tour. One hotel was hot, but the others were fine. Was disappointed in Palermo. The tour director gave great advice on places to see in our free time and was very nice. Wish we saw less touristy places and more places like Grottle. That was the only place there weren’t multiple tours going on at the same time.
