It was an amazing experience, the route was the right amount of time to help us acclimatise ahead of summit night and see all the stunning sites around the Kilimanjaro National Park. Our guides and G Fighters were brilliant - a big shout out to our guides James, Innocent, and Gade, along with our (more than a waiter) Elisha who?s humour was wonderful, and Chef Chewa who?s food was spectacular!

This trek was a dream come true after a long time planning for it. We are experienced travelers but the intensity, passion and level of personal involvement made it special and unforgettable. The crew was experienced and dedicated to our success. They kept us safe and in the best shape for the trek. Totally loved making it to the summit and I owe a lot of it to the awesome crew.

We are happy that we chose this local travel specialist for our Kilimanjaro trekking trip to Tanzania. They helped us to prepare well for the trek, with hiring of the items we did not have with us. The actual trek was quite tough, however we had a good team supporting us. They kept us safe, nourished, in good health and motivated. They even helped us when we found it hard to continue. The overall experience was incredible - well planned and executed.

I loved hiking Kilimanjaro with a great crew. The trip was well organized by Hamisi our personal contact at the booking office. From the moment we arrived at JRO we were in good hands. They paid our doctors, guides and keepers for the duration of our trek. We had an unforgettable time with these wonderful people and my deepest gratitude goes out to them for giving us much more than we expected on Kilimanjaro.

I have done some trekking in the Himalaya range and found this much more challenging. The weather was rough for a few days and you need to be very careful in some areas. I would prep more physically I think if I try again but I was able to summit. The guide was awesome, very motivational yet flexible. The porter and cook were great as well, the food was definitely more varied than what I've had for previous treks. On the clear nights you really can't beat the views. Highly Recommend
