This tour company gave us the best experience as we trekked up Kilimanjaro to the summit, followed by four days of exploration to Lake Manyra, Serengeti and Ngorongoro. Our guides were all amazing and all very experienced on Kilimanjaro and safari as well. They gave us the exceptionally great service and made us feel comfortable and safe at all times. The company had made excellent arrangements so that the trip was flawless and stress free.

Everything about this trip was great. From the help we got from Hamisi at the office in selecting the route, preparation materials, smooth payment to the actual trip. We definitely could not have done the trek without the wonderful and professional support from senior guide Shaban and his colleagues. They made sure we were in the best condition to tackle the mountain. The six of us all made it to the summit and it was an unforgettable experience. We had three days safari after Kilimanjaro and Tanzania is an absolutely beautiful country. We saw numerous animals and birds and also managed to see the Hadza people in Rift Valley.

The local travel expert and our guides, FC and Matthew, as well as our porters, far exceeded any expectations I could have had for our climb. Before we even set foot in Tanzania, they were welcoming, informative, and helpful. Day 1 we were greeted by our driver Nixon and our guides, who walked us through the climb and checked our gear to ensure we had everything we needed. Any equipment we didn’t have, they provided high quality items to rent at a very reasonable rate. The Lemosho route was an incredible experience, with beautiful, sometimes alien landscapes, but was truly made unforgettable by our knowledgeable and encouraging guides, the porters, our cook Tom, and our waiter Musa. The food prepared on the mountain was probably the most unexpected, as it was different and delicious each day and was truly appreciated. Every aspect of the trip was well planned and executed by the travel specialist. Thank you again for everything.

My experience with this travel company was great. From the start communication was so easy and lightning fast. Anna answered all my questions about the climb and gear very quickly. The hotel base was very nice. My driver was waiting to pick me up from airport. The eqipment I rented was top notch. The guides were experts and very friendly. Same for porters. Food and water was plentiful . Medical checks twice a day. Transport to and from the mountain was good.Price was nice. Would highly recommend this company

Travel with this tour operator was wonderful. All was good from the beginning until the end. During the preparation of my Kilimanjaro trip I got in contact with several agencies and finally I have chosen this company and Im just happy because I feel I made the correct choice.This 6 days climbing Kilimanjaro Experience by Marangu Route was just a life time experienceIt all was good. Our tour operator could not have been more organized, helpful, accommodating and professional. Albert was our lead guide (Top Notch!) with our greatest cheerleader JoJo and Philomen to make sure we kept the right pace. I have to echo what 847rachaelc says! Especially about the toilet tent! (otherside known as the green machine!) We had the privilege of a birthday celebration, huge cake shared by all, song, dance and celebration! The best was the hot water bunny bottles, for which we gratefully thank Anna for finding new ones for us to take home. An experience of a lifetime!
