Trip was excellent, everything was properly managed. I find scope for improvement in several areas like, WiFi facility should be provided in Buses. Dinner option should be there on all days, and if dinner is not provided then kindly book a hotel to nearby market area. English guide from Cappadocia to Istanbul was not up to the mark, unable to explain properly. Although the first and third guides were quite good especially Edathe Istanbul guide.

Overall, the trip was amazing, especially due to Gabi, Filipo local guide and Marianos efforts. Sadly, Fabrizio allowed for our minor son to be sat away from the mother, which caused him quite some stress, as it is ideal in asian families to be together when there is a minor child of tender age experiencing a full length travel with mostly adults. We would have appreciated a little more compassion in this regard. The Asian and especially Philippines market of travellers value family-orientedness in any organization/establishment, and we are just so grateful that Gabi always emphasized this value to all those families on the same trip. Congratulations Europamundo. We hooe to feel and see even greater improvements soon Thank you for a winderful time to remember indeed

I went with my wife and her sister who wanted Christmas Markets. I was there to see southern Germany. I would have welcomed more time to see the cities we visited. It wasn't what you marketed it, but a German Christmas Market/ Southern Germany City tour would help those spouses who can only visit so many Markts without going crazy.

Generally satisfied We love the overall itinerary, pretty well organized and special mention to our guide, Ignacio He really interacts with everyone and made sure we are getting all the info and tips we needed to make our travel seamless Thank you

Benny was our guide and he was AMAZING and so knowledgeable! We had such a good time in our group and if rained, Benny would swap out activities so we always had something to do, see or eat. We did everything on our planned itinerary with group dinners every night. Nightly dinners were optional but a great way to get to know everyone. I felt like I was able to see so much of Madeira!

Eva was very very good but not ISOLDA. Isolda seems to be unsure and unprepared at the time of the trip. There was a time that we have to book ourselves inside the hotel since She was tired for the day due to the drive. I hope that her ISOLDApersonality would improve for the better
