This 8-day guided group trip, set in Oulanka National Park, lets experienced travelers trade city bustle for snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, and dog sledding in one of Europe’s wildest corners. day 1Adventure starts at Basecamp Oulanka
Begin your adventure at Basecamp Oulanka, a welcoming complex of wooden buildings in a remote location overlooking Juuma Lake and backing onto Oulanka National Park.
Around 6pm, say hei to your tour leader and fellow travellers in the main lodge of Basecamp Oulanka, where we gather as a group for the first time to get to know each other and learn more about the adventures ahead.
Your tour leader then ensures a big Finnish welcome over dinner together.
