We had an amazing time on our trip to Chile

We had an amazing time on our trip to Chile. Everything on our itinerary was planned perfectly and everyone was early to arrive and very friendly and happy to give recommendations. The W Trek experience was made so much easier and less stressful thanks to their careful planning. Would recommend to anyone looking to experience Patagonia without having to worry about missing out on booking any part of the trip.

We had a fantastic experience

We had a fantastic experience working with Florencia and Mery from the team! From the very beginning, they were true partners in helping us craft an itinerary that felt personalized and well-balanced. Communication throughout the planning process (and during the trip itself) was also excellent. They were always responsive and proactive, and we especially appreciated the valuable updates they provided while we were traveling. For example, when a transportation strike unexpectedly happened during our trip, they stepped in to help us navigate the situation and adjust our plans smoothly. Would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for thoughtful, well-supported travel planning!

I would highly-recommend utilizing them as they are very knowledgeable and responsive

Milagros and Marcela from SayHueque helped me plan a fantastic 10-day Essential Of Patagonia trip (mostly Argentina and 1 leg in Chile) and made the trip very smooth and easy to customize based on my preferences. For first-timers to the region, i would highly-recommend utilizing them as they are very knowledgeable and responsive. The Laguna de los Tres, Perito Moreno glacier, and the Torres del Paine Mirador hikes were sublime and unforgettable!! I would opt for "hard" hikes if possible to see the most, and try it out at least, and if not you can always tell your guide that it is too difficult and they will modify the path during the trek.

Excellent

Honestly, this trip to Chile was something else. I didn’t know what to expect going in, but wow — it blew me away. From city life to total wilderness to the most surreal desert I’ve ever seen… it had everything. Santiago totally surprised me. It’s got this cool energy. one minute you're walking past old colonial buildings next you’re sipping wine on a rooftop with views of the Andes. And the food? Next level. I was legit full the entire time. Then came Patagonia and I mean, come on. You see photos online, but being there? Completely different. Puerto Natales was the cutest little town, super chill with killer views, and it just felt so peaceful. And then you're surrounded by mountains that make you feel really, really small (in a good way). And just when I thought the trip had peaked, boom we’re in the Atacama Desert. I’ve never seen landscapes like that before. Moon Valley looked like Mars, no joke. The salt flats were insanely quiet and still, like the world paused for a second. And those mirror-like lagoons? Unreal. I took way too many pictures. The whole thing was smooth — flights, guides, hotels — didn’t have to think about a thing. If you want a trip that’s equal parts adventure, nature, and just pure “whoa,” this one’s it. I came back with full camera storage and even fuller memories.

Their representatives on the ground in both countries are top notch. Simply the best.

We like to travel on our own and at our own pace. The representatives are the best we have worked with in our extensive global travels. They took time to understand our preferences to personalize a 14 day visit to Argentina and Chile Patagonia. We love to hike and have a comfortable hotel at the end of the day. Every step of the way whether it was being greeted at the airport for personal transfers or checking in, every detail was delivered as agreed and really more than we expected. Oh, and we like to splurge a bit so when we arrived in Buenos Aires and before our departure from Santiago, they found us great hotels right where you would want to be in those cities. Our hotels in Puerto Natales, El Chalten and El Calafate were also great. Their representatives on the ground in both countries are top notch. Simply the best.

We’re so do grateful for this beautiful vacay

Antonella and Helena made planning our dream Patagonia trip such a great experience! They made sure we got the best possible plans and also helped us through our visa processes which would have been impossible task without their constant support! We highly recommend letting Say Hueque plan your trip- days in Patagonia can be very hectic and having transfers, accommodations, tickets etc reserved for you makes everything a lot easier and seamless and allows you to enjoy the place without sweating the small stuff…Antonella and Helena made that possible for us! We’re so do grateful for this beautiful vacay and we’re 100% going to be back for more!!!

Whether you’re drawn to the snow-capped Andes, the colorful charm of Valparaíso, or the remote mystery of Easter Island, Chile offers experiences as diverse as its landscapes. Add in world-class vineyards, dramatic national parks, and a rich cultural heritage, and you’ve got a destination that truly has it all.

When to go to Chile

Chile’s high season runs from December to February, when warm temperatures (up to 30°C) and dry skies make it the best time to explore everywhere from Santiago to Patagonia. If you’re dreaming of the Atacama Desert, though, consider visiting between June and August—the Southern Hemisphere’s winter—when its otherworldly landscapes are at their most striking. Winter also means prime skiing and snowboarding at resorts like Valle Nevado and Portillo. Learn more.

How long to stay in Chile

With Chile stretching over 4,000 kilometers, you’ll want at least 10 days to see the highlights. Spend a few days exploring the wine country around Valparaíso or road-tripping through Chile’s Lake District, then head south into Patagonia, where icy glaciers meet turquoise lakes and rugged peaks. Two weeks gives you time to tackle some of Patagonia’s iconic trekking routes. Have three weeks? Add the legendary Easter Island for a once-in-a-lifetime adventure. Learn more.

Must-visit destinations in Chile

While many travelers rush through Santiago, the capital’s colonial landmarks are well worth a stop. For vibrant street art and bohemian culture, Valparaíso is unbeatable. In Patagonia, Torres del Paine National Park is a bucket-list destination for its dramatic mountain scenery, glaciers, and wildlife. Pair it with a road trip down the Carretera Austral for an unforgettable journey. Up north, the Atacama Desert’s Moon Valley and the geysers of El Tatio deliver surreal landscapes straight out of another world. And of course, no Chile itinerary is complete without the mystical history and remoteness of Easter Island. See more places to visit in Chile.
