A train transfer to Interlaken followed by Grindelwald awaits you today. Enjoy a two-hour cogwheel train ride through green meadows and rocky outcrops of Mount Eiger to reach Europe’s highest railway station at Jungfraujoch, located 3,454 metres above sea level. Spend some time at Jungfraujoch, which is eternally covered with ice and snow, before returning to Interlaken.

Take the train to Bern and meet your local guide for a stroll through the Swiss capital and Unesco heritage city. Then continue to Lake Geneva followed by Lausanne. You also have the option of staying in Montreux, especially if you want to do some shopping.

Take in the beauty of Lake Geneva and its surrounding areas. There is an optional visit to Geneva or Chamonix with Mt Blanc. We can also arrange for a trip to the picturesque Swiss village of Gstaad if you want to.

This region is also known for good wine and we recommend that you go for wine tasting in one of the wine cellars scattered around the lake.

A private transfer from Lausanne will take you to Zermatt via Montreux. Stop for a vineyard tour en route. Explore one of the most beautiful vineyards of Valais, visit its cellars, taste the best wines of the area and enjoy fantastic cheeses. Check in at the hotel on arrival in Zermatt. Take a cable car to the top of the Matterhorn Glacier, set on a high plateau and surrounded by mountains. This is one of the highest viewing platform in Europe (3,883m) and you are sure to encounter one of the best views of your life from here. You also have the option to either hike or ski on the glacier if you want to.

Enjoy a full day aboard Glacier Express, one of the most popular panoramic trains in the world, from Zermatt to Chur. Sit back and relax in your comfy seat, taking in the Alpine scenery from

large windows. Take the train to Zurich on reaching Chur. Check into your hotel in the city. You are free for the rest of the day.
