Lucerne, a beautiful city. Perhaps a walking tour tour to coincide with visit to the lion monument, with the lake cruise remaining an optional tour.
If you do not opt for the optional tours, there is not much to to do on your own, particularly in St Moritz.

Your transfer policy is SO bad. I have NEVER experienced a company who doesn't offer a transfer if you arrive earlier. Do I think I'll book another Insights tour? NO!
